Chapter 6- Goodbye

                                              The two boys hugged. 
The embrace longer than the typical hug.
                          "I don't want you to go.
I can't let you go.
I need you to stay, because
I love you," Kevin's heart screamed, but his heart is in soundproof room.
                          Both boys knew very well they wouldn't see each other for a while, but Kevin was determined to find a way to make it work. 

                          He would skype Edd.
He would email Edd (since Edd didn't have a phone).
He would fly to see Edd when he saved up enough money. 
He will make this work.
                          Edd pulled away, Kevin studying his face. 
He wanted to remember every detail about Edd, because he didn't want to forget what Edd looked like. 
He didn't want to forget what his voice sounded like.
He didn't want to forget Edd, period.
                          Edd squeezed Kevin's hand. 
Kevin looked down at their hands, intertwined, knowing what Edd was meaning. 
                          He knew sooner or later he had to let his boyfriend go. He had already picked the later, but that didn't make any easier to say goodbye. 
                          Edd leaned toward Kevin, one hand going on each cheek and pulling Kevin's face toward his own. 
Kevin helped Edd by moving his head and wrapping his arms around the stalls of Edd's back. 
                          Kiss, no, peck. 

                          Goodbye.

                          Edd was gone. 

                          Kevin sat in his room, waiting for Edd's plane to land. 
                          Eventually he got bored.
                          He cleaned his room.
                          He paced around his room.
                          He cleaned the kitchen.
                          He cleaned the living room.
                          He cleaned the bathroom. 
                          Still nothing from Edd.
                          Maybe he is just stressing over nothing.
                          He sighed and decided to shower.
                          The hot water hit his back, 
His muscles relaxed, 
His eyes closed,
He was anywhere.
He was happy!
He was with Edd.
Edd wasn't at college.
Edd was with Kevin,
They didn't even worry about where they were- they were just here.
                          Kevin sighed when his phone chimed, turning off the hot water and wrapped a towel around his lower half. 
                          Edd had emailed him. 
                          "I landed safely. 
Sorry I didn't reply sooner, there was a delay to let us off. 
How are you doing, Pumkin?"
                          Kevin couldn't help, but smile. 
                          "Amazing now that I heard from you <3 "
                          "I have to head to the college to settle in, but je t'aime!" 
                          "I love you too!"
