"You're my....You can't be...How are you...Oh this is all so messed up." Bart nodded along as Barry tried to grasp this new info. "Yeah, I'm your grandson. By the way Don and Dawn, really? I mean I'd do give it to one or the other but both? That's a little weird don't you think?" Barry still shocked stared at impulse like he just reached through a wall and punched someone in the face. Barry and Bart sat down and Bart explained how he ended up there. "-Then you and kid flash... Oh my god kid flash I have to see him!" Bart ran off for a few moments, and returned with a younger Wally West. And once again Bart sat through the process of unorganized mumbling, and rants about how that couldn't be possible. And then Bart continued his story from where he left off with Barry. "-Then the two of you and Jay get killed by Zoom. And I'm the last speedster until the tornado twins in there.. Oops, not really supposed to mention that yet." "Mention what? What happens to my kids?" "Nothing bad they just become twin speedsters no big deal." Barry relaxed a bit. "What did you think was going to happen? So what they become speedsters, how else did you think I got my powers, by redoing your lab accident like captain fan-club here?" Bart pointed at Wally who did get his powers by recreating the lab accident that gave Barry his powers. "Well I guess it could have skipped a generation though. But that doesn't matter, what matters is that I'm here, and I need you to train me, so I can be able to save the two of you and Jay, or I will be able to defend Central City. So will you help me? Or did I waste 2 years teaching firestorm how to build a battery to power the particle accelerator." Barry and Wally talked for a while and after a few minutes they finally made their decision. "We'll help you, but only if, you promise in the future, not to save us." Bart looked stunned. "Why not?" "Because it would create a singularity, because that would give you no reason to come back, and thus the universe would try to correct itself in the only way it can. A wormhole." So Bart reluctantly agreed. Knowing that soon he would have to let his friends die.
