The Flash: An Impulse Decision

Prelude

So I was looking through this story and I realized that I totally skipped the cliffhanger I left two chapters ago and moved on to the next update (5 months ago omg) so here is that part.

There on the ground in front of them stood a man who had white hair, and a black goatee. "Well hello flash," he looked to Bart. "And little flash. I didn't expect to find you here."
"Well you did jump out of our portal." Abra Kadabra looked behind him, as if to investigate. "Was that your portal? I could've sworn that I... that I summoned that, did I not?" Barry shook his head. "Well what would two little Allen boys be doing in a place like this?" Bart looked to Barry and whispered. "How does he know who we are?"
"Long story he's from the future." Barry returned his attention to Kadabra. "It doesn't matter what we're doing here, what are you doing here?"
"Well Mr. Allen I'd thought this place to be abandoned in the wake of Hunter Zolomon. But evidently not." He walked to the back of the room and snapped his fingers. The carbyne disappeared instantly and at the same time, a hole appeared in the wall. Behind the hole was a safe, which kadabra opened with ease. "Zoom never was too good at hiding his things." He looked back at the two speedsters and smiled. He began to go through the safe, discarding various tech items, searching for one thing in particular. "Ah here it is." Kadabra's hand emerged from the safe holding a vial. "Do you recognize this Mr. Allen?"
"No" Barry and Bart said at the same time. Kadabra looked surprised. "Well I'd figure that two speedsters would recognize a does of Velocity 9. You have no idea how much an ounce of this goes for on the black market. Especially in the future."
"How is it worth more in the future?" Kadabra pocketed the vial.
"It's surprising but the scientists of the 25th century still haven't been able to recreate it since the rival and zoom have taken their recipes with them to the grave." He looked back to the still open safe. "I'd say you're welcome to any goodies you can find. Now if you'll excuse me." He awkwardly grabbed Barry's hand and pushed the button on the receiver. Another portal opened. He snapped his fingers and the portal changed to a deeper blue than the usual sky blue and white mix. "My ticket home." He jumped in, and the portal tuned back to normal. "Well maybe we should take a look at the tech in the safe." Bart ran over to it and went through everything really fast. "Nothing we don't already have, or won't get in the next few years." Barry nodded and they ran into the portal.
