Happy new year! So I need some more inspiration because I did Thad and now I don't know what to do. After this chapter I'm probably gonna take a break even though in my other story I waited all year to update it lol. So please I'll take some suggestions. Enjoy

"Stop it Bart! You're never gonna get out of there." Bart looked at Barry angrily. "Do you know where you are?" Bart continued running at the glass trying to phase through it. "You're somewhere you'll never make it out of that cell. Not until we figure out what's wrong with you anyway." Barry walked away from his grandson. He took one last look over his shoulder, before running away and out of the cave on the side of the cliff. This cave used to be some kind of monorail station before the rein of zoom had come about. Barry reached into his pocket, and pulled out a small device. He activated it, and within seconds a portal opened. He sped through it, leaving earth 2 behind, and returning to earth 1.

Barry hit the ground, back in star labs. And he heard excited laughter. "YES! It works!" Barry looked to his colleague and, as Cisco would put it himself, partner in crime. Cisco Ramon, or Vibe as he liked to call himself, had some very special abilities. He could see premonitions of important things happening in the present, or see the future. He could also create portals into other dimensions, and was known for his extreme breakdancing skills, which could trigger sonic waves. To top all of that off he was highly intelligent. So he built a communication device that could call across parallel universes, to a sister device and tell him when Barry needed to return. "I'm glad it worked Cisco because because if it didn't I would be stranded on earth 2 right now." The two of them talked for a while but both tried to avoid the fact for as long as possible, that Bart was still evil. "Look Barry we need to figure out what the hell is going on with Impulse. And a new name. I could come up with something way better than that." Barry chuckled. "Cisco you're right. About figuring out what's wrong with Bart. Not the name thing." They worked for the rest of the night. At one point Cisco brought up a good idea. "I've got it, follow me." Cisco led Barry down to the morgue. "Has this place always been here? Because I'm sure that I would remember seeing you guys wheel corpses down here." As they walked into the morgue they headed for the cabinets on the wall. They weren't really cabinets, they were where they kept the bodies before autopsies which didn't happen too often. "Yeah we come down here all the time dude. You're just usually off to big belly burger, or to hang out with Iris by now." Cisco opened one of the doors and pulled out the platform that Thad's body was on. "Aren't you supposed to take the clothes off of the body?" Cisco just stared at Barry like he was crazy. "No dude. No way I'm doing that. You think I want to see all of... nevermind I'm just not doing that. So you said this guy punched Bart in the face, and then he turned evil?" Barry nodded. "Okay which hand did he hit him with?" Barry thought for a moment. "It was his left." Cisco went to the left side of Thad's body and grabbed his arm. "Okay lets see. Depending on what kind of toxin or virus he had on his glove, I may be able to create an antidote for it. We'll see, you guys and your future tech." Cisco pulled off the glove and shut the cabinet. He brought it back to his personal station. After working for a minute he finally spoke to Barry. "Alright we got lucky. It looks like I'll be able to make a cure, but it's gonna take a while. At least a day or two." Barry was patient, but he was also worried about Bart. "I can wait. I'll help in any way I can, but I just need to make sure it'll work." Cisco nodded and they got to work.

After working for a day and a half, they finished the cure. Cisco had his gear on, and was getting ready to send Barry back to earth 2. "Alright there's about a 95% chance this is gonna work. But just in case we get the other 5% you'll have your finger on the button to let me know you need to get over here. You ready?" Barry pulled his mask over his face. "Ready." When Cisco had the portal open, Barry sprinted through. And faster than he'd gone before, he ran to where he was keeping Bart. When he ran in he found Bart sitting against the wall watching the entrance. "You do remember I have an increased metabolism right? As in if I don't eat I don't live the two weeks or so humans do. I get about 4 days." Barry walked to the glass. He phased through it with ease. Bart looked at him. "Whatcha got there? Is it a present? For me? You shouldn't have." Barry reached to put the needle into Bart, but before he could, Bart jumped up and pinned him on the wall. "What's this then? Speed dampener? Sleepy time in a needle? Let's see if you like what it gives." Barry smiled. "It won't affect me. Or you. That's just water and food coloring." He stuck the other syringe into Bart's stomach. "This however is something that'll affect you. Let's see how you take this." Bart's eyes rolled into his head, and he collapsed. But almost as soon as he fell, his eyes opened again. His healing factor was working on overtime. Bart opened his eyes, just in time for Barry to see the red fade away. "Barry?" Barry smiled. "Yeah it's me kid." Bart looked down his body. "You stabbed me." They both laughed, then Barry lowered the glass to let out Bart. "Come on let's go home." Barry clicked the button, and the portal opened. But someone else jumped out.
