So I'm beginning to write this on the day I go see Suicide squad, so I bet you can guess who's gonna be in this chapter.

Bart stood up, and just stood, emotionless, eyes glowing red from the toxins that his clone had just injected in him. Barry approached him, slowly. "Bart? Can you hear me?" Bart turned to Barry, and just stared, as if he had never seen him before. Then for Bart, things started moving into place, his polluted mind changing, being warped into what Thad needed it to be. Bart simply backed up, and turned into a run. He flew off, faster than he has ever run before. Even Barry couldn't catch up to him.

Bart knew where Thad would be. Toxin or not, they thought exactly the same way, with a few differences. Oh who am I kidding, they only think alike when it comes to finding places to hide and recover. So once Bart reached where Thad had been hiding, they began planning what they were going to be doing. They took some time for it. They knew Barry would never think to look in the hatch of the particle accelerator pipeline. He didn't even know it existed. It was well hidden.

After hours of planning they knew what they were going to do. The plan began as simple as could be. Draw attention to themselves. So it didn't take much time for the plan to begin. And within ten minutes all of the Central City news reports were saying the same things. Red and green blurs were terrorizing the city.

Barry didn't go to stop it at first. He knew it would be impossible. So he went to call in a favor.

"Mr. Queen?" Oliver looked up at his secretary as she entered the room. "Yes Rachael?" As Rachael entered Oliver's office, he gripped his bow he kept on his desk, as she had a nervous look on her face. "The... The flash is here to see you." Oliver relaxed. Barry was an old friend of his. "Oh, okay. Um send him in please." Barry walked in, and Oliver asked what was going on. "You're not going to like it. I trust you've seen the news reports?" Oliver shook his head. He had no idea what Barry was talking about. "Well basically I need some help." Oliver changed his computer screen to play Central City news.

"Reports of these speedsters are coming in faster than they can run. The unidentified speedsters are causing too much terror for our city. I'm sure that we're all thinking the same thing: Where are you flash?"

"So why aren't you out there fighting them Barry?" Barry scoffed at the question. "You don't think I want to be out there? There are two of them, who can match, possibly even rival my speeds. I don't know what happened with Impulse but anything is possible." Oliver took a moment to contemplate everything going on, and then he picked up the phone. He dialed a seemingly random number, but it actually was one of the most important numbers he knew.

"Mr. Queen, I see you have finally made use of your direct line to ARGUS." Amanda Waller's voice was all too familiar in Oliver's ears. It was one that had guided him through multiple missions, and the one that was in his ear, when he first learned the horrors of the world. When he learned how cruel anyone could be. "Don't get used to receiving calls Amanda, this is hopefully a one time deal. Obviously you know of the disturbance in central city?" Amanda did know of course. "Yes Mr. Queen, and I am safe to assume you need the help of task force X?" Oliver chuckled to himself. "I don't know how, but somehow you know me too well." Amanda already knew the answer to the question Oliver was going to ask. "They will be in the city within the hour." Oliver put the phone down. "Gear up Oliver, we're going to work." Barry laughed at his remark, and he sped off to prepare for the fight.

The sounds of helicopter blades could be heard in the distance, slowly coming closer, until the helicopter finally came into view. It landed, and the first one on the ground was none other than the clown queen of chaos, Harley Quinn. "Well hello cutie! I love the suit! Really brings out the hate in your eyes." Oliver had no reaction to the comment at all. Then after Harley the others stepped out of the chopper. Deadshot, Captain Boomerang, Croc, el Diablo, and Rick Flagg. "Where's the ropes guy. We might need him." Harley giggled and then said, "Well he had a little mishap with Ricky here. I guess you could say things got, blown, out of proportion." The helicopter took off and then Barry explained what they needed to do. "We need to find and take down the two speedsters attacking central city. But we need to make sure the red one stays alive." It took a few moments but then Diablo spoke up. "And the other one?" Oliver spoke up this time. "We don't need him. Go nuts." Captain Boomerang chuckled. "Yeah that might be easier for some of us than others." He looked at Harley, who was lost in her own thoughts. "Alright you know the plan now let's move out."
