Saphs POV

' You're an idiot'

"Come on.... Don't be that way Saph, you been acting weird for a few days... tell me whats wrong?"

I didn't want her to know... seriously how do I, a warrior prodigy, and heir to the dragon kingdom, get nervous over a simple fight??? It's ridiculous, ludicrous... plain STUPID.... and Alex trying to coax it out of me isnt helping.

'Enough pestering and focus on your training.'

She rolled her eyes and started to turn,

*slam*

-coughs- "f...FUCK "

'Told you to pay attention... the drone will stop for no one Alex, and neither will an opponent in the field.... they will attack whether you pay attention or not.'

"You sound like my mother.... seriously that really hurt.", she was splayed out on the floor like a starfish. She looked exhausted, full of bruising and slashes. That is nothing compared to my fathers training.... third degree burns only heal with holy water.... and that concoction is painful on the skin of a fallen.

'.... im feeling tired of observing you get thrown around.... you are dismissed....'

As I was walking away she grabbed my cloak,

"Wait! You never did tell me about that little egg you took home... how is it??", I pulled my cloak and shook my head as I walked away,

'Its fine.... intact even'

Noir POV

I decided to stay home today.... I had another fight with her... sigh.... I sometimes wonder what I actually do wrong.... or how I, the King of darkness actually let a female get to me... this is ridiculous..... I put myself in this pain.....

*rings*

"... there it is again..."

It's a dumb Tuesday morning... and I'm on my way to walk out to my car the weather has been colder, its strange even. Normally I wouldn't be bothered by the snow or cold temperatures... but my car is suffering, shaking my head i hear the garage door open,

"Remind me to put on the snow chains when I get back home Kaisha, my baby is hurt."

"I will make sure of that, you do realize you're late to school master?"

"I really do hate when you call me that, and yes I am aware.... I didn't get much sleep last night, between my boss and Itami(pain), I didn't really get much rest.", her eyes flashed white for a second, and she crossed her arms,

"I don't even understand WHY you put up with her senseless antics..... it's idiotic..."

"... I know...."

After that talk with Kaisha my drive to school was quieter than usual. My thoughts wouldn't stay silent... but my mind seemed blank.

'You seem to be thinking really hard... but not at all at the same time....'

I blinked my thoughts away, and looked up, Saphir was sitting on her usual spot on the window ledge, a book in her hands though her eyes were on me.
