CHAPTER 15: SAVING YOU

Noirs POV

Shiori-samas words kept running in my head... like a scratched disk.

"We will talk about all of this after she is well."

She had whispered it before leaving the room after Master Doragon attacked me that night. Apparently he wasn't happy about me claiming his daughter.

Were all in the waiting room in front of Saphs hospital room... waiting for Thanatos and the doctor to finish their exam on Saph. Her step father was in there too... but Master Doragon had sent one of his aids for the results since he couldn't make it... I looked up at the click of the door opening, and Thanatos poked his head out and motioned for me to go in.

I made my way in quickly not wanting to keep them waiting. Saph was sitting up in her bed, her hair was out of her regular style... and it cascaded down around her frame like dark waves. Even though she was still tired, and had dark circles around her eyes... she was still breath taking.

"Miss Winchester appears to have healed over night. Her vitals seem strong, her wounds closed, and her immune system seems to have gone back to normal." The doctor read over her information, and then Thanatos spoke up.

"... I would like a word with my heir and the boy alone if that may be possible." After this good news I would be up for anything. Both her step father and the doctor walked out and closed the door. Immediately a wall of darkness coated the room, both me and Saphir looking at Thanatos with a questioning look.

"I know that you know why shes awake today.... but i understand she doesn't... you will explain NOW before this goes on any further." Thanatos glared at me from beside Saphir. And i felt the lump in my throat.

"....w...what is he talking about Noir?" I saw Thanatos eyes widen and snap in her direction, like he saw a ghost.

"... I....I'm sorry Saph... I swear i didn't mean for any of this to happen... not so soon... and not without you being aware." Her eyes narrowed in my direction, Thanatos was still openly gawking at her. I knew i couldn't lie... taking a deep breath, "Saph... you and i... are mated."

Her eyes widened and she glanced at Thanatos who shook off his shock and nodded.

"HOW, WHEN AND WHY?!?!"

I know everyone heard her screech outside... sighing i went to sit by her only to have her flinch at my closeness... t...that hurt...

"Saph i swear... i didn't plan this to happen, not without your consent and definitely not so soon.. I didn't even know until Thanatos confirmed it..." she seemed to calm down a little at that and then put her hand over mine...

"T..tell me everything..."

'Fuck me'

'Hah! Now apparently is the time to suck it up! Go on... tell her how you feel or are you scared?'

'BE SILENT'

looking her in the eyes I sighed,

"Thanatos... give me a break?"

Without a word the bone man walked out and locked the door... leaving us alone. She looked expectantly at me and sat straighter in her bed.

"It happened the night I fed from you the first time... I didn't know it had... until thanatos confirmed it days after... I didn't know i had such strong feelings for you... i'm sorry..." her hand squeezed mine and when i looked up i saw her smile...
