Bokuto Koutarou: Periods

You and Bokuto were, currently, at his house. In his bedroom, you were on your phone while Bokuto looked like he was contemplating something in his head. (A/n: what'd ya think u were doin'?)
"(y/n)?"

"Yes, Bokuto?"

"What's a period?"

You were a little taken aback by this question. Sure, Bokuto would ask stupid and
spontaneous questions, but this? This was a little surprising.

"Well, Bokuto," you started, "A period is a dot that-"

Bokuto then cut you off, "No, not that period, I mean the period that girls... experience."

There was then an awkward silence between the two of you.

"Uhm... Ok then... Uh..." You were at a lost of words, "Well, I'll just say it bluntly."

The owl-haired teen then looked at you and gave you his full attention. Tilting his head to the side a little, he was ready to hear your explanation.

"A period is when girls... Bleed. It comes monthly and would last for about 3-7 days (a/n I think). Usually during this time, the girls would have mood swings. They could be happy, then sad, then mad, and all of those emotions can come and go in one minute. Also, the girls would crave sweet things, chocolate is one of them. And, the girls could get stomach cramps, and it could be from little pain to immense pain."

Bokuto then interrupted you, "Where do the girls bleed?"

"This boy is too innocent..." You thought. "Think about it Bokuto."

A minutes passed and Bokuto's face began to grow red.

"Got it now?" You asked.

He nodded to reply.

"Ok, so I'll continue. In order to prevent the blood from bleeding through, the girls have a choice on what they can use. There are many things they could use, but the ones that are most popular are the tampons and the pads. Oh, and you want to make sure you don't want to anger a girl on her period because that can end badly. I'm pretty sure you don't want to be the reason why a girl is in a bad mood during her period."

Bokuto then nodded, "Okay, I think I get it now. Thanks (y/n)."

"No problem."

~Timeskip, One Week Later~

You walked into your house and sighed. After you kicked off your shoes, a thought came into your head, "I want chocolate." You then groaned after thinking this, "Great I've started my period..." Your face then lit up once you thought this, "At least I have a bag of Hershey's minis and an XL bar waiting for me in the pantry!" Running up the stairs, you prepared yourself for the cramps that you know are going to come soon.

~Another Timeskip~

You were on the couch eating chocolate and watching TV. Suddenly, the doorbell rang. Pausing (your fav TV show) you got up and headed to the door. "Who could that be?" You thought. Opening the door, you saw Bokuto.

"Oh, hey Bokuto." You greeted.

"Hey, hey, hey (y/n)!" He greeted back.

Right when he was about to say something, you cringed and grabbed your stomach. Just great, your cramps came right now, of all the times it could've come today, it decided to come right now. Bokuto then jumped back in surprise.

Not wanting to scare the poor boy, you said something quickly, "Why don't you come in? I've got some chocolate we could share."

Running to the living room, you jumped up and landed on the couch. You then curled up into a ball. Bokuto, seeing you in this state, wrapped a blanket around you and put his arm around your shoulder, pulling you close. He then picked up the TV remote with his free arm and resumed (y/f/tv show).

"Hey, (y/n)."

You hummed in response.

"Are you on your period?"

You stiffened, how ever did he know?

As if he read your mind, he continued speaking, "'Cause you had cramps, were irritable at school, you have chocolate, and had mood swings, also at school."

Wow, he actually remembered everything you told him involving periods.

"Are you ok? How bad do the cramps hurt?"

You looked at him, "Well, not as bad, now that you're here."

Both of you blushed a little and stared at each other for a bit until you turned your attention to the TV. Unbeknownst to you, Bokuto was still staring at you. Finally after a bit of staring, he kissed your forehead. You stiffened a little but then relaxed.

"I love you (y/n)."

"I love you too, Bokuto."
