Akaashi Keiji: Enigma

It was lunch time and you sighed and closed your eyes. This was the fifteenth time you've done this today. Why? Because you were frustrated. Why were you frustrated? Because your crush, Akaashi Keiji, wouldn't talk to you. Heck, he wouldn't even go anywhere near you (unless Bokuto was there), and that frustrated you a lot. You opened your eyes to see a certain owl head in front of you.

"Hey Bokuto..." you mumbled.

"Hey (y/n)!" he said cheerily, "Why are you acting so strangely?"

"You know why..." you replied grumpily.

"OOOoH~," said Bokuto while wiggling his eyebrows, "You thinking about him~."

"Yeah and how he doesn't want to go anywhere near me, unless you're there of course." you growled, "He so cute, yet so mysterious! I don't know a thing about him except the fact that he plays volleyball, is your best friend, and he's a setter. I want to get to know him so bad, but he won't even get close to me! Darn cutie, why did he have to be my crush?!?! He's a freaking enigma..."

Bokuto took in and analyzed your rant, "He's just shy, he'll eventually talk to you!"

"Yeah right..." you groaned.

"I'll try and see if I can get anything out of him, but right now, I wanna eat." said Bokuto.

"Some help you are..." you mumbled.

You got out a notebook filled with drawings and rants you wouldn't tell people about. You flipped the pages and saw random drawings. Finally, you flipped to a page that had a drawing of that certain someone. You sighed, again, and continued drawing. You were working with the face when the owl head decided to show up again, but this time, behind you.

"Hey hey hey! Is that a drawing of Akaashi I see?" he said rather loudly.

You freaked out and ended up making a line through one of Akaashi's eyes. You groaned and turned to glare at Bokuto. He smiled cheekily at you.

"Darn you Koutarou! You freaking owl butt! Look now, you made me mess up his face!" you gestured at your drawing and growled at the owl head, "And what's with you being so loud? You're lucky no one cares about my crush!"

He just gave you a peace sign and you rolled your eyes. You turned back to your drawing and began to fix Akaashi's eye.

Bokuto's eyes wandered the room when he suddenly caught sight of Akaashi entering the room. Bokuto then whispered into your ear.

"Hey (y/n)? You might want to flip the page to a different drawing 'cuz Akaashi just entered the room."

You were surprised that Bokuto managed to whisper. You looked behind you and saw Akaashi. Immediately, you flipped the page to a drawing of (an animal or whatever, you decide). You pretended to work on that drawing.

"Akaashi! Hello!" said Bokuto.

"Hello Bokuto-san." said Akaashi.

Bokuto could sense that you were feeling uncomfortable because of Akaashi's presence. He knew you didn't like when people, besides him, would hover over you to see what you were drawing or hover over you in general.

"How about we go over there to talk?" offered Bokuto.

Akaashi nodded and followed Bokuto to wherever he was walking.
