Chapter 8, They Got Me

I can't add music, Would it be a bother if I ask: How can you set up a youtube video on PC?

After shopping my feet were too tired from walking around the whole mall. Mira carries me to a spare car seat she has while the girls buckle themselves up. We went to every clothes store for children at our age. with clothes for us all in the trunk I Was just about to doze off seeing the girl's about to do the same until the car flips over. the girls scream and I whimper before darkness envelopes me.

Alexander's POV {Surprise! ^-^... No? These might be occasional but not a whole lot!}

"Alpha, Mira and the girl's crashed!" Mike shouts running in. I immediately stand, knocking over the chair in the process, and I stare at him with a panicky look. "Are they okay?" I demand. "Yeah..." he says a look of grief flickers in his eyes. "What of River?" I ask. he hesitates. "What of river!?" I growl. "Sh-she's gone sir." Mike says . "What!?" I growl. pacing the room I think of possible reasons of where she could've gone. "Send men out to look for her!" I say spinning to face him. "Already on it sir. I've... caught a trail but it disappears into a clearing..." Mike says softly. His voice sounded broken and I take a deep breath trying to control my panic and anger.

I sigh grief finally settling in. I slump down into a chair head in hands. my wolf was howling, pained that we lost our future daughter. "She's gone?" I ask hoarsely. "Yes alpha..." Mike says softly. I could hear the guilt and grief in his voice. "I-if only I didn't hurt her..." he whispers. He walks out of the room and I sit thinking of possible people that could've taken her. Her parent came to mind and I mind link Mike if he could take us to their pack.

He agrees immediately and I mindlink The beta, Lucas, and tell him he's in charge until I come back. he agrees and I tell Mike to round up at least five warriors as I stand. "We will find you River, I won't leave you to some cruel people." I murmur to my self.

River's POV {BACK to River guys, Aw don't be sad, there will be another Alexander POV one day, and when that That comes, YOU better be Prepared O>O}

I wake up in a moldy basement and I immediately whimper as it brings memories from when I was with my 'parents' "Ah, you've awoken I see." a familiar voice jeers. I froze noticing a dark figure in the shadows. The figure steps out and shows the Alpha of my pack. Alpha Jonas. I whimper and I jerk back only to flinch when I realize I was chained with silver and gold. Alpha Jonas slowly walks towards me and tilts his head anger clear in his gaze. "You shouldn't have ran, Rat, Now you are going to pay for the time you were gone." he says with a sly smirk spreading across his face. he slams a kick in my stomach and I whimper.

I get rolled a few feet and the chains sting my through my clothes. I scuttle up and I hang my head. "You. Should've. Been. Here." he says each word ending with a kick. I was against a wall now, slumped over and tears falling down my cheeks. "Alpha, Might I have a turn?" My brother whines from outside the cell. I froze in disbelief. Alpha Jonas pauses thinking then he shrugs. "Yeah. I'm done with this Rat anyways." Alpha Jonas says. He leaves and Mike enters. his eyes held grief and I flinch back when he nears. "You liar." I whimper. Hurt enters his eyes and he shakes his head. "no no, Sh, River I'm going to try and help you out." he whispers. Uncertain I still huddle away. his eyes soften and I could see how badly he slept.

"River, please, let me help you. I won't hurt you." he whispers softly. he sounded broken slowly he steps forward. I let him and the door opens. "Mike, I need you a moment." Alpha Jonas says. Mike walks forwards only to get a punch in his jaw. I let out a whimpering sob and I curl up. I hear the tearing of clothes and growls of wolves. I peer up to see a huge Dark brown wolf with green eyes and my brothers Light sandy gold colored wolf nearly the same size. I cover my eyes as they fight until I hear a loud booming growl of victory. I peek up to see Mike laying on the floor already starting to heal.

Two men enter one with silver chains another with two robes. I cover my eyes with a small whimper only to be kicked. "Silence Mutt!" Alpha Jonas growls. Mike growl angrily only to shut up with a grunt. I open my eyes and I see Mike chained in his human form in robes. he was staring at me and I can see regret in his eyes but he gives me a shaky smile.  Alpha Jonas keeps beating me making Mike watch with horror and dread. A howl pierces the night and others join in.
