Flares - The Script

I wake up curled on Alexander's bed. Yesterday Mira and the girls wore me down shopping. Then Me and Alexander swam a little.
i stretch slightly and i hear Alexander's soft snores behind me.
I roll onto my side to face him and i poke his cheek with small smile. i poke his cheek again and he mutters something under his breath. i giggle slightly and he peels an eye open smiling. "How's my favorite kid of all time?" he asks. "Hungry!" I giggle. he grins. "me too. Lets get a delicious breakfast." He says.
I smile and he sits up. "alright. Let me take a shower. and give you bath then we can get some." he says as i sit up. "okay daddy." i say with a small smile. he smiles slightly and gets up walking into the bathroom. i stand and stretch before getting back in bed i curl up lazily, I stare at the pale orange ceiling.
After The door opens i tilt my head. "River... please don't look..." Alexander says. "okay daddy." i say with a small smile. after a while of shuffling his head appears in my vision and i smile more. "Daddy's magical." i say drawing out magical.
he laughs lifting me up. "time for your bath." he says. i smile and he sets me in an already prepared tub. after helping me out of my clothes.
After the bath i was dressed in a light blue sweater and leggings. He braids back my hair in a French braid. "I'll make some Waffles!" he says while walking down the stairs while I'm perched on his hip.
He sets me on the counter as he prepares the mix and he glances at me every now and then as if expecting me to leave at any moment.
i swing my legs slightly watching as he cooks and within minutes he had three for him and one for me. he adds syrup and whip cream to it and my mouth forms an 'o' as he hands it to me. After a moment i begin eating quickly and he chuckles before inhaling his.
I giggle and he raises an eyebrow at me. He had whip cream on his chin and cheek. He wipes it off with a napkin with a smile and he takes our plates.
He grabs my hand and pulls me gently from the counter. "Collen Wants to talk to you. He's another brother isn't he?" He asks. i nod biting the inside of my cheek as i remember Mike's sacrifice. he must have saw my expression for he crouches in front of me.
"River. I know it still hurts and that's okay. If something is bothering you, you can come to me or your other brothers even a random pack member." he says lightly.
"Why did Mike Save me?" i whisper. "Because he loves you. He didn't want you hurt from Him. but don't worry because not only is he with the stars, he is in here too." he says placing a finger over my heart. "okay daddy." i say softly.
he wraps me in a hug and i rest my head on his shoulder. after a while i pull away with a small smile. "your the best daddy." i say smiling. he grins and places a kiss on my forehead. "and your the best kid." he says. i giggle. "lets go see Collen now. he sounded like it was important." He says taking my hand. he leads me up some stairs and knocks on the door. after a moment it opens and Collen smiles slightly. " Hey alpha. Hi River." He says. "I'll leave her with you. I have to do some alpha work." Alexander says. he ruffles my hair and takes off leaving me with Collen. I meet Collen's gaze and he smiles slightly.
"I need your help with my mate. You see.... She too was abused." Collen says leading me into the room. "oh." I say tilting my head slightly. I see a girl huddled in a corner watching us with fear evident in her eyes.
"Rosalie, This is River my younger sister." Collen says softly. the girl slides her gaze to me and i see a little confusion before sliding her gaze back to Collen. After a moment i understand. "oh..." i say mouth forming a 'o'. i turn and point to the door. "out." i say. "no." he says.
"out! now." i say keeping my voice quiet. "Why?" he whines. hide my giggle by glaring at him. "out." i demand. he sighs walking out. i make sure he's fully gone before turning to the girl.
I edge forward until I'm a foot away. she flinches as if waiting for the blow and i tilt my head slightly. "I know what it's like." i say softly. she looks at me confused and i lift my shirt so she could see the many scars.
"Collen won't hurt you. and if he does you can come to me." i say softly. "but... you're so young." she says her eyes wide as i let my shirt fall back to place. "I know. But i was saved by... Mike. he died protecting me. he was another of my brothers. he died saving me from my other alpha." i say. "Oh..." she says. "Your name is pretty. And you are too." i say. she shakes her head. "No I'm not." She says softly. "Yes you are. Don't let your previous pack get in your mind. They just use you. Collen wont use you." I say.
"you think so?" she asks after a moment. "I know so." I say. after a moment she smiles. "Okay... I think... I think i will give him a chance." She says softly. I smile. "Okay." i say.
