from south to even south-er
your spirit travels far,
with one foot in the saddle,
and the other in a car,
your hair tied up and slicked back
boots up to the your knee
saddle up and take the reigns
and let your soul run free
In Ocala, sun is shining,
and mares graze the fields
your faith is strong among them,
And in the Lord, you're healed.
So with God above you,
And your horse beside your feet,
May Him who guides you, hold the reigns, in
Asbury or Ocala.(this poem is for my cousin, Ashley. She lives in Kentucky, at Asbury university. She's very Christian and she loves horses. she met a friend who owns her own Horse Stable when she was attending college, since she's an equine major. She went down with her to Ocala, Florida for thanksgiving, and she's on spring break to Ocala right now. I miss you Ashley! I love you! )
