Chapter 9:
After turning around at the border, we drove to a cliff, parking in an empty spot, which was basically easy to find since who would come here at 5-ish in the morning? After parking, we got out of the car, laying down on top of the car.
"This is nice," I said, leaning back with a smile.
Warren nodded, closing his eyes. "This is relaxing."
We continued to relax for a bit before I got bored and started asking questions. "Have you ever even felt the littlest of feelings for a girl?" I asked curiously.
Warren looked at me funny before shaking his head. "Nope. I try not to, anyways. Too much drama."
A little part of me felt let down but I managed to keep the smile on my face. "Will you ever settle down?"
Warren shrugged. "I don't know. Maybe. If the girl is right for me. She has to be someone really special to change that, though."
I smiled. "That's nice. It's kind of sad if you never find someone to settle down and start a life with."
Warren frowned. "It's also a really complicated thing. If you settle down with one girl, there is no more flirting with other girls and exploring your choices. It's tough. Another reason why I hate being tied down."
I scoffed. "You can't be afraid of love forever. What if one girl comes along and catches your eye? Are you going to let her down but deep inside know you are falling for her?"
Warren gave me a smile. "Like I said, that is never happening because I will never be tied down."
I frowned, giving up the subject. I felt really bad for him. Suddenly, Warren nudged me in the shoulder. "Okay, enough of the depressing subject. Let's talk about something else like.... More confessions!" he said excitedly.
I laughed, sitting up. "Okay, what do you want to know?"
"Have you ever had a sexual urge?" he asked.
I gasped, lightly hitting him in the shoulder. "You are so gross."
Warren laughed. "Answer the question! Then after, you can ask me."
I rolled my eyes. "No, okay? Um, have you?"
Warren deviously smiled at me. "What do you think?"
I sighed, nodding. "I think you have."
Warren nodded. "You thought right. Okay, who was the cutest teacher you've ever had?"
I furrowed my brows at him. "What kind of question is that?"
Warren rolled his eyes. "Just answer it."
I laughed. "Okay, yes I have. His name was Mr. Reilly. He was the youngest teacher at our school. He was about 25 or 26. All the girls had crushes on him."
Warren laughed. "I had a teacher like that in high school."
I laughed. "Okay, uh, have you ever broken the law and what did you do?"
Warren gave me a sheepish smile. "Underage drinking. Everyone does it!" he said, shaking his head.
I rolled my eyes. "I have never taken a sip of alcohol before."
