Having already meeting her patients, Nurse Goo calls me into her luxurious office for a small discussion about whatever she has on mind. It looks quite nice; the huge glass windows give a beautiful view of Seoul, the cappuccino couches welcomes you with a warm feeling, and the rest of the room is decorated in a modern-like pattern.
I quietly sit down onto one of her couches and take a huge breath in.
"Soojung," she begins, sitting down onto the couch across from me. Her shadow breaks a little as she bend over her knees with her hands clasped together. "Everyone is showing signs of waking up soon."
"Do you—" I cough, "mean the victims of the game?"
She nods her head.
"So, if anyone wakes up from it, we're flying you to their hospital for certain purposes. One of them is to see if you guys had any connection during that time in the game."
I can feel my face loosen with eyebags and become even paler to match the skin of a vampire's. I'm scared of meeting new people at this point; what if I end up making them suffering them more.
"Someone's going to wake up soon, Soojung. Be prepared for anything," she finishes her sentence with a slight smile.
What if the person who wakes up is my forgotten love?
What if?
