Even though it's so dark in this room, I'm completely comforted by Jongin's presence against me. His slow heart beat tickles against my mid torso and I have my hand on his face.
It was so hard putting him to sleep, really. We were both in tears, but he was bawling so loudly that a few nurses came in to check if everything was alright, so I was in the midst of telling the nurses that everything's alright while telling myself that I'm going to die from stress. They ended up giving him a few milliliters of Benadryl so he would feel sleepy.
I decided to let him sleep on me so both of us could feel comfortable. Both of us. I'm at a point where I would share everything I could with this person, but I can't. We can't.
As I'm about to close my eyes to fall asleep, my head starts to tighten.
"What are you doing...?" He whispers, rolling off of my lap.
The scene is black and white and kind of glitches for a few seconds. I can't see his face.
"Why were you hugging me like that?"
Someone awakens inside of me, and I quietly scream in terror. There's something going on with me, but I can't...
I whisper Jongin's name and he wakes up completely bewildered by my state of confusion.
The urge...
"Soojung, are you okay?"
This person inside of me pulls myself forward a little and I kiss him, leaving him in utter shock.
This person now leaves my body and I'm just crying because I don't know what to do or say.
I don't know what just even happened to me.
