Remember when I made a Gary-Stu chapter? Well this is the same. Mary-Sue characters aren't just found in literature.
Role Play (online or real life, I don't know what people prefer if anything) is a common place to find Mary-Sue's. The next few chapters will apply to these characters as well. RP characters are actually the main inspiration for this guide.
I have seen far too many amplified self inserts in RP chats. People get carried away with powers and what not. Don't worry, in a few sections time I will crack down on this.
The point of this chapter is, if you plan to create a new RP character, feel free to apply this guide accordingly and please refrain from producing a Mary-Sue.
