Thee are so many things I'd like to write for this chapter but I won't. It would seem a bit patronising to have someone state exactly what interests characters are allowed to have or not.
No, instead I wanted to just give some general rules.
1. Don't make your character hate or love everything, everyone has some sort of hobby or interest.
2. Don't make you character flawless at everything they try.
3. Give your characters appropriate hobbies or interests, (I don't think their are many ice-rinks to do figure skating on in the desert.)
4. Add plenty of detail about why your character enjoys the things that they do.
5. Thanks to Mickimomo for this one. Don't just go for the stereotypical interest/hobby. Be creative as well!
Do you guys have any rules of your own? Put them in the comments.
