A/N: Sorry peeps I took so long :( I've had an entirely bursting Friday-Sunday so I couldn't update. Also, I'm writing another fanfic (yes, the PJO/HOO one) but I need more characters. DM me if you have any requests.

We met up back at the sanctuary. Tanith and Ghastly were already there, ready to go, and Fletcher had cheated on us by making us drive the van back, but I didn't bother. I brought Sparrow and Jasper back by flying while Skulduggery flew Valkyrie, Storm and Raven. By the time we all arrived there, Tanith and Ghastly had already split our jobs up.
"Okay guys here's the plan. I'll be leading the girls group that will be following Creyfon-2 and Ghastly's group will be follow Creyfon-1. That'll split us up 5 & 5. We'll take shifts, so each person will be watching Creyfon for about 5 hours a day." Tanith laughed as we all groaned. "So now let's split up. Girls, come with me, and boys go to Ghastly. Yes, you included as well Skulduggery."
Skulduggery glared at Ghastly, who just sniggered. The boys, (Me, Jasper, Fletcher, Ghastly and Skulduggery) walked into one of the rooms and Ghastly pulled out a whiteboard.
"God, are we now junior kids? I'm twelve. That's secondary school already." Jasper complained.
"Speak for yourself Willows! I'm bloody 400 years old and have you forgotten that I'm a LIVING SKELETON?" Skulduggery retorted.
"Now, now boys, we have to listen to Mr Bespoke." Fletcher said with a goofy grin on his face. Ghastly face-palmed.
"JESUS CHRIST I'm giving up on you guys. 0-5am is given to Skulduggery, because you don't sleep. I'll be next, from 6-11am, Fletcher has 12-5, Torrent 6-11 and then wait a minute... did I math it wrong?"
I smirked. "You may have rock-hard muscles, but you can't beat a child's genius mind. The times are messed up. It's 0-5, 5-11, 11-4, 4-9 and then 9-0 of the other day. And then it continues. So Jasper gets a shorter time. That'll mean the shift right now is mine, so righty-ho, here we go. Adios, my friends." I left the place and headed off to look for Creyfon-1.
He was easy to spot. Technically it wasn't me that spotted him, it was Chrys, who had her look-out at the exact same time. Creyfon-1 wore a hood over his head and was humming a tune that I have never heard of. He looked like he was waiting for someone, and was pacing around. Suddenly, a young woman shimmered into existence. She wore a black hoodie and a pair of black combat boots, and I caught a wisp of brown hair.
"My lady, what took you so long? I was starting to think that his Lordship had found out what we had been up to!" Creyfon kneeled at her feet. 'Her lady' put a hand on Creyfon's head.
"Rise, my brave soldier, no one would know what was between us. My father would never suspect me to be spying on him with a Shunter behind his back, especially since Mr Nadir was killed. The Baron has been left in a poor condition when an invisible Necromancer killed Mr Nadir's partner and shot Mevolent. Poor Vengeous took the blow instead, and now, well, I don't think he'll be in the field soon." I took out my phone and recorded what she was saying.
Torrent.Ash: Found Creyfon. He's speaking with this brown-haired woman. But she's a spy and wait, I'm just going to record it. She said: Rise, my brave soldier, no one would know what was between us. My father would never suspect me to be spying on him with a Shunter behind his back, especially since Mr Nadir was killed. The Baron has been left in a poor condition when an invisible Necromancer killed Mr Nadir's partner and shot Mevolent. Poor Vengeous took the blow instead, and now, well, I don't think he'll be in the field soon.
ChryStorm: Creyfon-2 ain't moving nowhere. No wait, he's disappeared.
Torrent.Ash: Legit disappeared or are you just bored.
ChryStorm: I'm just bored. Why can't I just read his brain?
The_Skeleton_Detective: How are you bored so easily? And no reading his brain. They've got psychic blocks.
ChryStorm: Hey I can dismantle psychic blocks!
Torrent.Ash: Ya, but if you did, he would be alerted of your presence genius. Wait a minute, the girl is talking again. She just said: How is the Serpent's child doing. I hope she's well. She'll be needed if we want to destroy my father once and for all. I know he wasn't really my father, just adopted, so why can't I just kill him?
ChryStorm: Who's her father?
Torrent.Ash: The big bad M himself. Wait, you know what, I'm just going to call you on loudspeaker. Just don't say anything.
I pressed the 'call' icon next to Chrys's profile and the phone screen popped up. I clicked loudspeaker and Chrys's voice whispered, "are we on?"
I whispered back, "Yup, now shut up I don't wanna be caught."
I focused my view on Creyfon-1 and his Lady.
"But why the child? What is so powerful about her? Nefarian was just a Necromancer, no more." Creyfon said.
"She indeed is weaker in magic, but the amulet she carries is what we needs but only she can harness it's power. It multiplies the user's power until the user, after trained, would be able to take on, what was her name? Darquesse, was it? Or anyone who had access to their True Name. Then she would be able to defeat my father."
"But Olive..."
"Creyfon, please. It's our only way in. Our only hope to rid Mevolent of these multiverses. He is near to attacking this dimension, and I do not want this world to fall as ours did. Please, Creyfon, let me find her. I'll train her, and I'll teach her the ways. Her Adept powers are unable to manifest unless an Adept aids her, and I don't think Miss Low would be a very good teacher, wouldn't she? Creyfon, your doppelganger is still on Mevolent's side. Don't take the same path as him. Please, Creyfon, save my world by bringing me Alexandria."
"Anything for you, Olive."
"Don't call me Olive. We're in a separate dimension, I cannot allow anyone to know my name."
"Of course, Lady Springs. Anything for you. I shall go get Alexandria at this instance."
Before I knew what I was doing, I jumped out of my hiding space and leapt at Creyfon. Olive Springs, the girl in black grasped me by the back of my hood and suddenly the world shimmered. I was in Mevolent's dimension.
Again.
I was shoved into this room and they shackled my waist to the wall. "Sorry sweetie," Olive's voice said through the window, "we couldn't have let you know about what was really going on."
I glared at her eyes. She had weird eyes: one was hazel brown, while the other was blue. "I... was.. not... the... only... one.... Listening... you... bitch... (AN: Sorry for the swearing)
She smiled at me. "Why, sweetie, don't you know? You precious Chrysanthemum Storm has already been notified of your absence. Now why don't you be a good boy before my apprentice comes to interrogate you? And let me say this, he is not a nice man."
I nodded weakly as she flashed me an evil smile as she walked out the door.
I will never fall to her charms
