Chapter 12: The one that got away

3 days later..

Kate:Where are you? I'm here waiting for you in the lobby..

"Nate":I'm here in the waiting area..wait,you know what? Just stay there and wait for me..I'm coming..

I was so excited to see who "Nate" really is and if he changed or not..so i just sat there waiting for a couple of minutes..until i heard heavy footsteps coming my way but i didn't bother to look who it was because i thought it was just someone else..

Austin:Kate?!

I lifted my head slowly looking at the man that called my name and surprised to see someone i've been waiting for 5 years! It was Austin!

Kate:Austin?! You're here?! Wh-why didn't you tell me? I missed you so much..

I leaned in for a tight hug while tears rolling down from my eyes and then he wrapped his own arms and hugged me as well..we sat back down to the lounge chairs...

Austin;I missed you..

Kate:m-me too..

Austin: lets talk for a bit i feel like we have some more catching up to do..

Kate:ok..i was supposed to be meeting someone here but i'll just text him to come here when he arrives.

Austin:oh cool,I'm waiting for someone too..

I texted "Nate" to come to the lounge chairs as soon as he arrives..

*beep! Beep!*

Austin:Did you just text me?

Kate:No, i was texting the one i was suppose to meet..wait a minute,wait a minute..Don't tell me you're "Nate"?!

Austin's POV

course i knew that Kate was the one i should meet and kate should be the one whom i would meet..but i didn't want to ruin the big revelation,so i just let it be..

Kate's POV

I cannot believe it! Nate and Austin are just one person?! Austin has been pretending to be someone else to surprise me in his grand homecoming?!

OMG! you guys Austin is back on track! And little did Kate know that the one she was waiting for was Austin!
