Miss Secretary: The doctor will be ready with you now..

Half an hour of check-up sessiobs later..

Dr.Jeffrey:So far,you're baby's doing fine.. You'll be ready for labour in a couple of weeks!

Kate:That's great to hear!

Dr.Jeffrey:May I ask where 'Dr.Loverboy' is?

'Dr.Loverboy'.. *sigh* even the doctor gives him silly nicknames..

I look into my mother's eyes with my death glares in sight wanting her to answer the haunting,guilty question..

Mom:U-Uhh.. Vacation?

Dr.Jeffrey:No wonder..

Kate:We should get going now,thanks for your time doctor!

Vacation?!?! Seriously?!?! Who on Earth would go on vacation for 3 months in a place where no one even knows where?!

Kate:Vacation?! Is that really your final answer??

Mom:What? The doctor asked a question and you didn't answer him,someone has to answer it! So I did! I'm sure there's nothing wrong with what I did..

She says crossing her arms together whilst her eyebrows arched together as she answers me sassily...

Kate:Yeah right,I know you know where he really is..

Mom:If I did,I would've had told you!

Kate:I know you too well..

Mom:Come on.. This will only lead to nonsense.. lets just go.. I know you want to visit your friends..

Gigi:Fwwwuuueeeennndd!!

I sight Gigi dressed in her usual hospital uniform as she runs towards my direction with her arms widely open.. I exactly know what's next to happen. She's gonna go for a tight,breath-taking,giant bear hug..

..and she did..

Kate: *Oof!*

Gigi:Oops.. sorry..

Kate:Miss me much?

Gigi:Yeah.. But thats not it!
The new doctor is here!!
C'mmon!!

Before I could react,Gigi held me by the arm and led me to the lobby where nurses and doctors were sorrounded everywhere dressed in their typical uniforms. I guess they're here for the new doctor?

Gigi: C'mmon,you're the only one who hasn't met him yet..

Kate:Hey careful,my baby!

Gigi:oops.. sorry! We'll walk slowly then..

Dr.Melissa:I'll go finish some work.. I'm sure you'll do fine for your first day.. just relax! Oh look! Someone has come to see the new doctor!

As me and Gigi both stop behind the new doctor who was talking to Dr.Melissa,one of my closest friends here in the hospital. I sight the new doctor standing in front of me wearing the hospital's lab coat. He places his hands into the lab coat pockets as he slowly faces us.

Kate:Austin?!?!?!

Austin:Kate! Oh boy! This was supposed to be a surprise! I was about to tell you!

Kate:Y-You're the new doctor everyone is here for??

Austin:Yeah.. You sound like you've seen a ghost,are you alright?

Austin is the new doctor!! He didn't even tell me,no one ever did tell me!
I didn't even know he studied as a doctor in college! And he expects me to be alright?? For Pete's sake,I almost fainted!

Kate:Did you know about this?

I face Gigi as I question her..

Gigi:uhh.. yeah!

Kate:Why didn't you tell me?!

Gigi:Like he said,'Its a surprise.'

Kate:Exactly! A surprise that nearly gave me a heart attack!

Gigi:Calm down.. at least now you'll have some company..

I look into Austin referring to what Gigi said.. and for all the things he could have reacted,he winked at me!

Gawd! I'm so loving work right now.. [sarcastic]
