"Jack! Slow down!", I screamed.

He just ran into the other hallway.

Merida, Hiccup, and I could do nothing more but, chase after him.

Jack, can't slow down for a bit?

I'm gonna have a heart attack!

Finally, Jack stopped at the end of the hallway and the rest of us caught our breath.

"What's Jack looking at, he Hiccup?", Merida asked.

"Jack! You okay?", Hiccup asked.

He was just standing there.

"I'm too late.", he said.

"What do you mean?", Merida asked.

"We're too late!", he cried.

Jack got down on his knees and started to punch the floors.

"Jack, stop! You're going to hurt yourself!", I said.

I finally looked in front of Jack.

My head started to pound.

Ace's right arm was on the other side of the room, and Quinn's sycthe was lodged in his chest.

Did Quinn kill her own brother?

Where is Quinn?

No, don't tell me she was taken by Pitch!

That little girl can't defend herself.

I felt dizzy.

The aroma of the air was all mucked up with blood.

I felt nauseous, like I was going to throw up.

"Rapunzel, are you okay?", Hiccup asked.

I couldn't say anything.

I was too horrified at the scene.

"Rapunzel!", Merida shouted.

I couldn't hear them.

I think I fell, cause my feet couldn't feel the floor anymore.

"Punzie!", Jack screamed.

Tears were overflowing in his eyes.

He caught me, and he began to hold me.

His tears on my dress.

What does this mean?

Him holding me.

The smell of blood was gone around him.

I felt safe.

Could this mean that he likes me?

Or is it more than that?

Maybe he loves me?

Then, I realized, it's not just the 4 of us in this room.

"Jack! Look out!", I shouted with all my might.

A sycthe was apporaching him.

Flying straight at us.

Hiccup whistled, and his dragon came flying to protect us.

He fired at the scythe and it turned into black dust.

I knew who we were up against.

"Good boy, Toothless. Let's ride", Hiccup said, as he hopped on his dragon.

Hiccup offered to Merida for a birds-eye view to fire better.

She accepted.

Jack grabbed his staff and told me to stand behind him.

He aimed at the room that smelled like blood.

I heard an evil chuckle, at there, stood Pitch, The Bogeyman.

"Hello, children.", he chuckled.

"I see you're still alive, Dragon Boy. Oh well. You all will be dead soon enough.", he chuckled again.

He then started walking towards Jack and me.

Jack aimed his staff at him and shouted, "Don't you touch her!"

It only made Pitch laugh some more.

I gripped tighter on Jack's jacket.

I was absolutely frighten by him.

"Now, who said I was going to hurt her? No...", he stopped and disappeared from our view.

Merida shouted something but, I heard nothing.

"I want to kill her.", Pitch said.

Jack's blue eyes were filled with absolute horror as Pitch stabbed me with a scythe.

As the scythe came out of my right arm, I heard Jack scream.

It was an ear-shattering scream.

It was horrible to listen to.

"Rapunzel!", Hiccup shouted.

Merida was crying her eyes out.

"Let it out, Jack! Show them what you really are!", Pitch shouted.

What does that mean?

Is there a completely different said of Jack that none of us know about yet?

I mean, we've only know each other for about a day and a half but, I felt like I've known them forever.

I felt dizzy, much dizzier than before.

I was losing so much blood out of my shoulder.

Jack was holding me.

He was on his knees and was bearing my head.

"Punzie! You can't die!", he screamed.

His tears fell on my face.

One by one, each one was more devestating then the last.

Am I really gonna die now?

I never got to see my dream of seeing the floating lights but, my other dream came true.

I got out of my tower to see the world or what's left of it.

"If I need to say good bye, this is how i'd do it.", and with my other arm, I grabbed the back of his head and kiss him.

I guess this wouldn't be the exact moment to do this but, if I'm really gonna die, I at least desserve this.

My vision got blurry, my head pounded, and I couldn't get air into my lungs.

I felt faint and my hand dropped from Jack's head.

He caught my hand and cried until, I could hear him no more.
