I don't wanna go... (A 5sos fan fic)

Chapter 7

~Allie's POV~

I was woken up by Clementine jumping on my bed "You're gonna be late if you don't hurry!" she kept repeating down my ear "Oh and your boyfriend came round to ask if you wanted a ride to school but they went on their own", "Clem stop and he did what did you say exactly...and he's not my boyfriend!" she burst out laughing "but you knew who I was talking about" and with that she skipped out of my room, seriously where does she get this stuff she shouldn't even be going on about boyfriends yet. I ran to get ready and I didn't look too bad for rushing I was in my tom and jerry t-shirt and pale skinny jeans with my green hi-top converses and I brushed my hair because that's all I had time to do then got into my car, I am still upset about the scratch though, I haven't even had the car a whole week yet.

I parked next to Ashton's car, I was 10 minutes early so it wasn't too bad, all of the boys were leant against the front of the car, I had to act normal with Calum after near enough telling him I liked him yesterday "Morning boooys!" I said loudly, Calum smiled at me and without thinking I looked away but Ashton answered me "Hi Allie, it's about time you showed up were you tired?", "I always am in the morning but today I just couldn't get up" I answered him, I needed to find out what was going through Calum's mind because he looked hurt and upset after I ignored his smile and so I ended up missing the conversation on the way to music. Calum and I went in and he pulled up a chair next to me, Emily distanced herself because she knew what had gone on and the other boys didn't have music with us, Calum opened his mouth to speak but closed it again because Mrs Spencer started telling us about the school play and how to audition "I will most likely play the lead role and Jack will you audition with me darling?" I heard Charlotte say to Jack, he is the best looking at school, well I thought so until the 5SOS boys came, I whispered to Calum "Cal please audition with me", he turned to me and said "you really want to be it the school play?" I grinned "nope not at all but if it's me and you we'll crush Charlotte", "go on then but what shall we sing?" we stopped talking to have a think at least things were fairly normal now and I would like to keep it that way. Mrs Spencer spoke about the play for a while and said "There will be several lead roles as it is a mash up of disney songs, so if you want a duet then pick a partner quickly" and then she went on to say "and 2 lucky duets will be auditioning today, couples move to the right side of the room" Calum held my hand and we walked to the other side of the room with the others pairs and he whispered "let's go for Aladdin and Jasmine we'll sing A whole new world" I agreed, it was a really romantic song but I think we could pull it off. Mrs Spencer called up Charlotte and jack first who sang 'I can see the light' as Flynn Rider and Rapunzel afterwards everybody ooo-ed and aaahh-ed but Calum just looked at me and rolled his eyes at the same time Emily did and we all had to hold in our laughter. 

About 10 minutes later Mrs Spencer called on Calum and I for our duet "Oooh I think we should see what Mr Hood can do, up you come sweetie who are you working with?" it was the most patronizing voice I have ever heard, Calum told her it was me and she continued with the voice "good choice sweet pea she has a beeeutiful voice" he smiled at me and said "yeah I know" and we just stood looking at each other until I realised "Come on then Calum let's sing" and we sang our eyes locking and we kept smiling at one another towards the end he held onto my hands and I felt a shot of electricity shoot through me I finally understand all those books it really was like a fairy tale, I looked straight into his eyes and I knew he felt it to which put a huge grin on my face.

~Calum's POV~

I went to music with Allie and Emily and the first thing that happened was being told about a school musical, I couldn't think of anything worse, I'm in a band I don't prance about on stage in tights and then Allie moved closer and whispered "Cal please audition with me" I didn't think this was her thing but then she explained how it was just to annoy Charlotte so I had to agree and we went to the right side of the classroom as told whilst Mrs Spencer chose a duet to go and audition first, she was tall and blonde and so skinny she looked like a cardboard cut-out which was not flattering at all. She chose Charlotte and a boy called jack I was very intrigued to hear Charlotte sing, they sang the one from Tangled and it was horrendous but everybody applauded except from Allie, Emily and I and we similtaniously rolled our eyes at each other, we didn't want to laugh but it was difficult.

10 minutes later Mrs Spencer picked on me "Ooooh I think we should see what Mr Hood can do, up you come sweetie who are you working with?" she spoke to me like I was 5 years old which made me want to knock her head off her shoulders but I kept calm and told her it was Allie "Good choice sweet pea, she has a beeeeeutiful voice" I could have killed the woman but she was right Allie did have an amazing voice. We started singing 'A whole new world' from Aladdin and her eyes locked with mine more than once and at the end of the song I held onto her hands, it just happened but it sent a shock through me and our eyes met again, damn this girl was perfect.

I'm slowly moving the story along :) i'm actually starting to get more excited myself.
