Dear Harry,

I hope you don't mind that I'm reading your letters to me. I saw my name... so I couldn't help it. I've read your first three to me. They are very sweet. That's a lot of letters by the way! There are, like, two boxes FULL of them!

You are a crazy and unique boy. You know that? Well, anyways... I've decided to write letters back. I thought that when you came back to me, you could read the letters to you. You could hear my thoughts about things like you did. Plus, it gives me something to do while you are gone.

First of all, when I came to this world suddenly, I didn't exactly know what to think. There was this little boy in this random house I awoke in. Well, actually the cutest little boy in the world. I instantly fell for your little dimples and adorable personality. And after you told me about the "old me," all I wanted to do was take care of you and do whatever I could to make you the happiest little boy ever.

I think I did an alright job. You seemed happy with me. I hope that as you grow, you always look for the positive and make others around you happy as well. Trust me, when you see someone smile or laugh and it's because of something you did, it's one of the nicest feelings in the world. I would know.

On the day at the zoo, I, just like you, had a super great time. Lou is one of the nicest people I know. And yes, Lux is pretty adorable. The animals were cool, too. I'm not sure if you remember or not, but you kept begging me to go and see the hippos.

We walked from one side of the zoo to the other so you could go and see those hippos. Then, once we got there, you said,"Can we please have ice cream?" The ice cream was on the other side of the zoo... where we just were. But even though I was sort of tired of walking, I walked back to the other side so you could have ice cream. It wasn't that big of a deal. Plus, you said please.

I liked how you said that I was the reason why you smiled that day. I never knew our feelings were mutual. Truthfully, you have always been the reason why I smile. You do that to people. You're a natural charmer.

And by the way, you don't have to thank me for taking care of you. I took you in because I wanted to. From the moment I met you, everything changed. I was never the same from that moment on. It was a good change. You changed me. I like it.

Always,

Louis

I put the letter in the envelope and write the date on top. Then, I slip the envelope into an empty tote box I bought. I smile at the thought of him because I have no other reason to smile. Eleanor has called, but I don't answer. I know that she isn't the reason why I lost Harry. That was my own fault. But I'm too depressed to talk to her. I do want to talk to one person who won't call me. Nialler. I've tried calling him, but he won't return my calls.

I hope that he isn't mad at me for missing Harry's show. I feel terrible still even though he did say that he forgave me. I get a knock at the door. I move Larry off of my lap and answer it.

"Louis," he whispers.

I frown and hold back any tears.

"Hi, Niall," I manage to say.

I haven't talked to anybody since Saturday night when talking to Harry. I open the door wide for Niall. He walks in slowly. Closing the door behind him, he immediatly begins to talk.

"Sorry I haven't called back. I've just been very upset lately with what's happened."

"It's no big deal," I say as we both sit on the couch.

It's quiet for a long while. I listen to Niall's slow breathing and the wind whistling through the trees outside. It's quiet.

"What's been happening?" Niall says after a while.

"Um... not much."

Niall nods.

"I was there when Harry called you Saturday," Niall says.

I look up at him straight in the eye. Not a word comes out of my mouth.

"He broke a lamp and was yelling so I comforted him and held him. I heard the whole conversation," Niall continues.

I nod.

"Are you allowed to see him?" I ask.

"Not anymore," he says. "Since I know you, Ed doesn't me to see him either."

"That isn't fair," I say shaking my head.

"He's only doing what child protection services is telling him to do. He is actually a really nice guy."

I shake my head again.

"No. I meant that this whole situation is unfair. I want my little angel back!"

I feel like a child. He looks at me with sad eyes and nods.

"I'm sorry, Lou," he says hugging me.

He puts his head in my shoulder. (A HORAN HUG!)

"I'm sorry, too. I wish that you could at least see him."

"I wish we both could."

Nodding, I release from the hug and take his hand.

"Come on. I have to show you something," I say leading him up the stairs.

"Show me what?"

"You'll see, you impatient leprechaun!"

He laughs. We walk into Harry's room. I push him onto Harry's bed and run over to the closet to get a box of letters. I come over sitting next to Niall, and pull out one. On top it says:

To: Niall Horan

From: Harry Tomlinson

Niall reads it and looks at me confused.

"What's this?" he asks.

I clear my throat.

"One day," I begin. "I woke up and totally forgot that Harry was taken away from me. I went crazy and called you. Remember?"

He nods.

"I was very scared for you."

"Well, I even made two bowls of cereal and tea just like I would if he was here. Then, when I remembered, I came back into his room and sat on the bed. That's when I saw these boxes. I looked inside and saw..."

"Letters."

"Yeah."

I stop and looked at him. He stares down at the letter.

"I looked through all of them and they were all written to me except three letters. One to his old English teacher (Mr. Malik), Liam Payne, and... you," I say.

Smiling, he opens it and slowly unfolds the notebook paper.
