It started with a on odd symbol, some odd glowing shape with 4 diamonds in the middle of it, which after what felt like an hour, it shattered into a shape of an odd deer looking creature. An oryx Current thought. The oryx nudged his dream self as if it was saying 'follow me!'
The dreamscape turned pitch black with the oryx still there but glowing the same color as Torrent's scars. Underneath the oryx there was a fire the exact same color, dream Current tried to touch it, but as soon as he did, the fire let out an odd noise, like a scream that lasted less than a second, he followed the fire and the oryx down the path. Leading Current to the NightWing, Oryx.
That moment was a little odd, he saw a SandWing stabbing the NightWing with his own blade. Leaving him on the ground, bleeding out until he finally died. That's it! He thought.
Current woke up with a start. He must have been moving around in his sleep. Because Shade had her tail twined around his as if she's saying I've got you, everything's okay. She must have also noticed he woke up because she sat up next to him.
"Another nightmare?" She said yawning.
"No but I did have that epiphany."
She stared at him blankly. "Oh that's funny, you said it might come to you the next day!"
Current nodded in agreement "Yeah it's like some magical force just gave me everything I needed to know in one dream."
