"That's the rupture right there."
Hya looked at an odd structure, it looked like two horns protruding from the ground pointing toward each other.
"What... Are we looking at?" Terra asked.
"The portal, or the rupture."
Every once in awhile there were dragons going in and out of the portal, a lot of them had glowing scales, and a few were normal like they were being held prisoner, Hya's scales changed from blue to the taken colors.
"What are you doing Hya?" Blizzard asked.
"I'll take Current as prisoner, the rest of you stay here."
"Let me take him instead." Shade jumped in.
Current looked at Shade with a sympathetic look, "as much as I want you to come with me, I want you to be saf-"
Shade pulled Current for a kiss, he never felt this way before, never felt this warm.
She pulled away, but he wanted her closer again.
"Be careful C."
"You too Shade."
Hya pulled out her spear, "let's go Current, Shade you can come too, if anyone else comes it'll be unbelievable."
Shade grinned at Current "Lucky you," she said playfully.
They made their way to the rupture without problems, Hya occasionally poked Current or Shade with the spear to make it seem more realistic.
The portal opened to their surprise, "huh, I thought it only opened to ascendants."
"They also open to animus and vehement dragons."
"That's an oddly specific quality, we don't know if any animus dragons exist, and I have no idea what a vehement is."
"Well it opened, that's all that matters right now."
They walked through the rupture, feeling a chill in his bones, the teleportation sounded as if a banshee were screaming.
They were closer to Oryx than they thought.
