Alexis POV

Marcel led us to the place where the meeting was held. It was just a little platform that is about one and a half feet tall but was enough to keep eyes on whoever was talking. Everyone was there already, so we walked up there. Sarah walked up onto the platform and everyone quited down. It looked like about 300 people were here, big crowd. Amanda held onto my hand harder. I picked her up and she hid her face in my neck, I set her on my hip.

"I would like for everyone for coming, for all of those who are willing to hear what my son and his mate have to say." Sarah said motioning us to the platform. Marcel held my hand and we walked up the to the platform.

"Hello everyone, like my mom said. Thank you a lot. What we have to say is very important." Marcel said nodding.

"Most of you know that there are rouge packs that have been troubling our pack and we couldn't figure out where they came from, what they want, and where they are camping. My mate figured it out, I will now let her speak." Marcel said pointing to me, I set Amanda down and stood up straight.

"Hello everyone, I am Alexis Thornton." Shit, I shouldn't have said my last name. A bunch of gasps and talking happened.

"Are you thee Alexis Thornton? The one who took out an entire pack." A guy yelled from the crowd.

"Yes I am "thee" Alexis Thornton." More gasps, growls, and yelling started. Sarah and Sharon were both growling, I put my face into my hands and I heard a loud whistle. I uncovered my face and saw Amanda with her fingers in her mouth in a whistle formation.

"Listen up! You will let my mom talk WITHOUT any interruptions! Got it?" Amanda yelled standing her ground. Everyone scilenced, and some looking scared. I smiled and set my hand on her back before looking back at the crowd.

"I guess I'll have to clear things up first. That pack that I apparently took out was a rouge pack. A rouge pack that was planning to kill off the Witches and Wizards then go after packs and go off from there. Now, i guess I have to explain to you that there are three kinds of hunters. One kind of hunter is a typical hunter who hunts deer and ect. A second kind of hunters are hunters who only kill Vampires and Werewolves, they don't know that Warlocks, Witches, Wizards, and so on exist because they know how to hide their species. Then you got the third kind of hunter, like My friend Thomas and I." Cue a bunch of gasps and growls.

"The third kind of hunters are hunters from an organization. This organization sends out professionally educated and skilled hunters to keep the supernatural and human world at peace. To keep wars from happening and to keep the human world from finding out the supernatural world." Thomas came up and stood beside us.

"Thomas and I were sent here to help with the rouge problem, we've been looking around the area and I figured out where the main camp is. You guys are here so we could warn you and figure out who's going to fight with us."

"Why should we listen to you? You are just a human hunter with a vampire." Another guy yelled.

"You should listen to her because she is your future Luna and she isn't human, she is also a Werewolf and the vampire is not after humans, just animals." Marcel said standing beside us.

"How? She smells human!"

"I am not, I recently shifted. It may be confusing to most of you but my wolf was locked away for majority my life until recently."

"How should we believe you? For all we know you guys can be a imposters." A women yelled.

"Ask us questions then." Thomas said.

"How did you mean this girl." Sarah asked us.

"Her mother, Lilly Thornton asked me to watch over her daughter to keep her from harms way. Until of course she was old enough to be on her own."

"What is your favorite weapon?" A female teenager yelled. I laughed and said, "Hun, if you want to prove that we are the real deal, ask questions people might not know. I'm almost sure everyone knows what our favorite weapons."

"It's a rifle!"

"No its hand gun!"

"No dimwit, that's yours! It's a sword!"

The crowd went insane, everyone was trying to figure out put favorite weapon. I looked down at Amanda and she sighed and put her fingers up to her mouth and whistled loudly, everyone scilenced.

"The only way I think to prove we are the real hunters, we have to show you. Things only from the organization would teach you." I said looking at Marcel nodded and picked Amanda up and held my hand leading us and the crowd to the training center. I let go of Marcel's hand and both Thomas and I went to the middle. I grabbed a stake from my boot and tossed it in the air and caught it looking at Thomas.

"Time for Sparring like old times?" I said challenging. He smirked and grabbed a silver knife from his boot, I looked to the crowd.

"We will be Sparring, but I will tell you that Thomas and I may go to the extreme, I have what looks like a typical stake. It's not. This stake has a silver rod in the middle and at the very tip is silver, making the Vampires death quicker than just a stake. Thomas has a silver knife, if any of us gets hit, it will hurt but we won't let it affect us."

We got into fighting positions and I gripped the stake and everyone created a circle around us.

"Ready to get your ass kicked?" Thomas challenged.

"Me! Ha! That's a good one! We all know I'm stronger!" I said.

"Someone's cockey! Let the best one win."

"Let the best one win."

Sharon raised her hand in the air then crashed it down saying, "Go."
Thomas took the first move, he crouched down and tried swiping my feet from underneath me. I jumped it and he stood up quickly, I kicked his stomach and scartched his chest with the stake and he hit the floor but quickly recovered. I quickly got back to my starting positioning and Thomas unexpectedly jumped for my waist and tackled me to the ground, he sliced my upper arm and I hissed in pain but I grabbed his wrist with the knife and kept it away from me. He got into a straddle position on top of me, he couldn't get the knife to my body since I had his wrist trapped.

"No way to get out Al, hmm?" Thomas said smirking.

"Oh I don't know how I'm going to get out! I'm doomed!" I said dramatically. I slid my hand under his left hand and grabbed his right wrist, and with my other hand I grabbed his tricep, I wrapped my leg around his and bucked him off and got on top of him and pressed the stake to his hard.

"Dead."

"Damn Al, you got a lot stronger!" Thomas said laughing. I got off of him and held my hand to help him up, he grabbed it and I pulled him out. The crowd that we completely forgot, started to applaud. I smiled and looked at Marcel, I can tell he was proud of me which made me smile more. Amanda ran out to us and jumped into my arms.

"You were amazing mom! You too Uncle Thomas! I honestly thought you two were trying to kill each other!" The crowd laughed and Amanda hid her face in my neck.

"Do you guys believe us now?" I asked the crowd, everyone started cheering, nodding, clapping, and all. Thomas and I smiles at each other and Marcel came to Amanda and I and hugged us, I was smiling so much it was weird.

For once, I felt like I belonged. Like this place is my new home, my forever home. I never had this feeling before and I'll be honest, I love it.
