Chapter Twenty-Three: Training

Alexis POV

I was laying down on a guest bed thinking, I've been here for 2 hours since I explained what happened during the phone call. I didn't know what to do.

"Alexis, you are overthinking all of this." Emily pointed out.

"I know but it's bothering me. Why will they be after Thomas and what am I going to do with Amanda? I won't be able to live with myself if anything happens to her." I said sighing.

"I know Alexis. You will figure something out. You always do."

"It's now we. Not me anymore, it's we. We will figure something out." She smiled and nodded, I laughed at her.

"Wasn't it nice to be around Mr. Mate?" I blushed deeply and grabbed a pillow covering my face.

"Emily! Why must your mind always go to him!?"

"First he is luscious, second he is caring of our well being, and third the way he is with Amanda is just such a turn on!"

"Emily!!" I said blushing badly. Emily started laughing as hard as she can. There was a knock on the door.

"Come in!" I yelled sitting up and hugging a pillow. Marcel and Amanda came in, Amanda ran to the bed and jumped on. Marcel smiled charmingly, I smiled back.

"Just fuck him already!" Emily shouted, I covered my face with the pillow and groaned, falling back onto the bed. Amanda poked my side and I can tell Marcel was laughing.

"Why you blushing Al?"

"My wolf is being dumb."

"Hey!"

"Are you sure?" I took the pillow off my face and chucked it at Marcel, he of course caught it.

"I'm very sure. Now, what did you want?"

"Huh? Can't I spend time with my beautiful mate and her gourgous daughter?" Amanda giggled and nodded. I laughed and held Amanda's waist, pulling her to me.

"No, you can't because I wanna spend time with my baby." I said kissing Amanda's cheek. She giggled again and leaned against me.

"But but but." Marcel said pouting.

"As much as I want to spend tine with you guys, we really should be training your warriors. I know you're warriors can fight but they are use to fighting rouges, well there are vampires into this too, they are alot harder to kill. They also might have demons or Witches and ect on there side. We never know, it's better to prepared then surprised." I said truthfully. Marcel nodded, I got up and picked Amanda up and set her on my hip. We walked downstairs and we went outside to the training center. There was a lot of the warriors training, especially the ones who were in the meeting.

"Ahem! Attention to all, we will be changing our usual ways of training, Alexis and Thomas is going to teach you their ways." Marcel gesturing to me, I smiled back and set Amanda down and looked out to everyone.

"The reason I'm teaching you our ways, not because you guys are a bad or anything which you aren't, you guys are quite good for fighting rouges. I'm teaching you guys our ways because not only we are going against rouges, we are also going against vampires and possibly demons, witches, and ect. I want you guys to be prepared." I said, everyone was quite and it was slightly nerve racking.
