Chapter Eleven: Mom?

Marcel's POV

"Guess what Marc? I met the most prettiest girl today! She's really nice but she's very shy!" Lillian said walking into my room. I was freaking out about the date already and it's four. Oh no, this isn't good.

"What's her name?" I asked him

"Amanda Thornton." I froze. Wait. Thornton, that's Alexis's last name. I looked at Lillian and he looked confused.

"Is mom home?" He nodded. "Where?"  I asked.

"She's in the kitchen." I ran out of my room and dashed down the stairs and ran through the pack house and ran into the kitchen.

"Mom!" I yelled. My mom comes running to me.

"What's wrong Marcel? What happened?" She asked worriedly.

"Do you know Alexis Thornton?" I said questioningly.

"Yeah, she just registered her daughter Amanda today. Why?" I crashed to the floor and hugged my knees. I was shocked, my mate had a daughter. My mom kneeled down beside me and looked me in my eyes.

"She's your mate isn't she?" I nodded not trusting my voice. "Oh my poor baby."

"She's a hunter mama, she came here to help us with her best friend Thomas. She found out there was rouge camp not far from the Elementary school and she called Carson to tell me to post guards there at all times, so she can protect the children and you." I said staring at the wall, "I asked her if she would give me a chance at being her mate. I'm going to take her on a date. I didn't know she had a child."

"She obviously knows how mates work, and maybe the father ran. You never know, she's single for as I can tell since she agreed to the date. Now c'mon let's get you ready and help you set this date up." She said helping me up and headed to my room.

Alexis's POV

"I'm going on a date with Marcel." I said to both Amanda and Thomas.

"Finally! Your his mate! You two need to hurry up and get to the mating process!" Thomas said wagging his eyebrows at me, I laughed and blushed.

"Wait! You are Marcel's mate? Yay! Come on, we need to get you ready!" Amanda said grabbing my hand and dragged me into our room. She pulled out a chair and said, "Now sit there and look pretty." I laughed and she went looking into the closet and my suitcase. Then she went into the drawers looking for something. She opened the door and yelled, "Uncle Thomas!" I smiled. Thomas is an Uncle now huh? I laughed at that thought and Thomas came to Amanda giving her and bag. He laughed at me and ran back upstairs.

"Here, put this on" She said handing me a beautiful black dress and some high back socks. The dress has two strapes with a gold belt. It was longer in the back. I ran int the bathroom and put on the dress and socks on, the dress was just above my knees.

"It's beautiful." I said walking out amd admiring the dress. Amanda smiled and pointed back to the chair. I sat back down and Amanda came to me with makeup.

After two hours of makeup and hair. Amanda was finally done. She put a necklace with a cross on it around my neck with a starfish bracelet. She handed me my leather jacket and black high heels.

I looked at myself in the mirror, my hair was curled and half of it was up. My makeup was simple and light. I smiled and looked at Amanda.

"You are sure good with makeup and hair for an eight year old!" I said laughing.

"You look great Mom." I froze and Amanda covered her mouth.

"I'm sorry, I sho-"

"Shh." I paused and picked her up and placed her on lap facing me, I had my right hand on her cheek, "It's okay, I'm sorry, it shocked me. You can call me, whatever you want hun. It's okay. I mean it."

"Are you sure I can call you Mom?"

"I'm more than sure." I said smiling, she swung her arms around my neck hugged me hard. I smiled and hugged her back. She pulled apart and smiled brightly.

"I love you Mom."

"I love you too Amanda." Amanda smiled and I stood up and shifted Amanda to my hip. She wrapped her arms around my neck. I grabbed my jacket, phone, and my shoes. Thomas saw me and smiled. "You look gorgeous, he won't be able to stop looking at you."

"Thanks to you and Amanda. You with the dress and makeup, and Amanda for helping me get ready. She did my makeup and my curly hair." I said kissing Amanda on the top of her head and I set her down on the stool.

"Mom, may I go on a run tonight? My wolf hasn't been out for awhile." Amanda asked, she gave me the puppy dog eyes.

"Only if Thomas goes with. I don't want you running on your own."

"Please Uncle Thomas?"

"Sure thing Kiddo."

"Yay, thank you, thank you!" Amanda said jumping off the stool and Thomas lifted her up and she hugged him. I laughed and kissed Amanda's forehead. I heard a honk, that must be Marcel.

"Please be careful you two and Amanda, I want you in bed by 10:30. Okay?" I said putting my shoes and jacket on. My phone vibrated.

Marcel: I'm outside. :P

"You better hurry up Alexis. Go have fun, Uncle Thomas gots this all taken care of!" Thomas said with Amanda on his hip.

"Yeah mom, go have fun! Uncle Thomas will take care of me." Amanda said smiling.

"Okay, okay I'm going. Bye guys, love you two!" I said walking out.

"Bye Mom, love yah!"

"Bye Alexis!" I laughed closing the door. I turn around and see Marcel holding the passenger door open for me.

"You look outstanding my lady." Marcel said as I walk to him getting in. He was was wearing a tux, he looked very handsome.

"Thank you good sir and you look quite charming." I said smiling.

"Why thank you, my lady." He closed the door and jumped into the drivers seat and we took off towards the town.

Again DATE NIGHT lol, it's midnight and

yesterday I pulled an all nighter so

I'm tired.

Yeah.

But Amanda called Alexis Mom!!! Yay!

But now Marcel knows about Amanda.

What's going to happen?
