Chapter Twenty-Four: Maybe Just A Normal Day

Alexis POV 

"I never got your guys names." I asked them while helping them clean the kitchen. Amanda is trying to help but she kinda gave up 2 minutes into it.

"I'm Brent." The dark brown haired guy said.

"Elena." The blonde with brown highlights haired girl said.

"I am Samantha." The blonde haired girl said cheerfully, making me smile more.

"I'm Erik, it was n-nice to meet you. L-Luna." A shy dirty blonde haired boy stuttered.

"Please call me Alexis, I'm not Luna yet, it was really nice meeting you four and if you guys ever need help with anything, ask me. I would be more than happy to help. I honestly had a lot of fun." I said smiling, Amanda came over and hugged my leg. Samantha and Elena awed and laughed at Amanda, making her hide her face into my leg.

"I better get this little bugger to sleep, I mean it you four. If you need help with anything, if it is to cook or to getting ready for a date, I'm your girl. So is Amanda, she's really good with hair and make-up. That means you too boys." I said picking Amanda up and set her on my hip and pointing at Erik and Brent.

They all nodded and I left the kitchen to go upstairs to Amanda's and I's room. I plopped Amanda on the bed and she giggled, tossed a nightgown at her and grabed myself some sweats and a t-shirt, walks into the bathroom to change. I come out of the bathroom and saw Amanda already changed and ready to go to bed. I smiled at her and jumped onto the bed beside her. She starts giggling and I kiss the top of her head. I grab the blanket and pulled it over to us. We layed down and faced each other. I smiled at her and she smiled back, sticking her tongue out, I stuck my tongue at her and she starts giggling. I smiled more and she smiles big back at me, I kiss the tip of her nose and she giggles.

"You are just too cute." I said smiling, she giggles and yawns.

"Go to sleep sweetie. " I said, she nodded and closed her little eyes and cuddles into me, making me smile more. I slowly closed my eyes and fell into a dreamless sleep.

I heard a slow creeking of the door, I instantly grabbed the knife from underneath my pillow and chucked it at whoever is at the door. The knife landed very close to the person's knife and stuck in the wall, the person was Marcel. I covered my mouth and looked to my side and saw that Amanda was gone.

"I'm so sorry! It's a force of habit!" I said getting up quickly and took my knife out of the wall.

"Your habit is too chuck and knife at the person who opens the door?"

"Hey, you can never be too careful! I've heard stories of people being attacked at night, I learned how to sleep lightly so I can wake up eaisly and be ready for my attacker." I said honestly. Marcel laughs and wraps his arms around my waist, I instinctively wrapped my arms around his neck.

"I wonder how many times you chucked a knife at Thomas." Marcel said smiling.

"Let's just say he has a lot of scars." I nervously laughed. Marcel eyed me and I nervously smiled.

"Oh we should get some breakfast!" I suddenly said running out of the room and sprinted down the stairs with Marcel following me. I ran straight into the kitchen and saw Thomas and hid behind him. Marcel saw me and evily laughed.

"Alexis, what did you do?" Thomas grumbled munching on toast.

"I might of chucked a knife at him." I said laughing nervously. Thomas bursted out laughing.

"Boy, you better get used to it! She has chucked knives at me, cut me, and stabbed me multiple times for either scaring her or waking her up. The newest one it this one." Thomas said pointing to his neck, it was a burn mark from my silver knife. It was when Amanda first came into my life and he was trying to wake me up by touching me but I instantly put my knife to his neck.

"What did you do?"

"I simply said wakey wakey eggs and bakey and slightly shook her awake, of course she thought I was going to attack her, so she brought her SILVER knife to my neck and burned me." Thomas said moving away from me and went to the coffee pot. Marcel came up to me and lays his hands on my hip waist. I wrapped my arms around his neck and smiled. He leans down and kisses my tip of my nose, I went to kiss his cheek but instead I licked his cheek. Marcel let's go of me and Thomas and I fell to the ground laughing.

"Ew! Gross! That's disgusting!" Marcel trying to wipe off my spit off his cheek. Thomas and I were laughing as hard as we can, Marcel glared at us making Thomas laugh harder.

"You are amazing, you know that right?" Emily said laughing. I guess she also liked the stunt I pulled.

"Oh, I know." I said cheekily. I got up and Marcel went to attack me, he grabbed me by the waist and threw me over his shoulder, I screeched and started hitting his back.

"You know she can get out of that." Thomas said smirking.

"No I can't." I said winking at him, Thomas laughed and Marcel carried me up the stairs and we stopped at a room, it wasn't mine. That's another stairs upwards, Marcel opened the door and tossed me onto the bed.

I instantly knew it was Marcel's room, since it smelled very woodsy, or I can just say it smelt like him.

He looked over at me smiling and crawled onto the bed and over to me smiling, he sat down on my lap and I smiled at him nervously. I softly bit my lip and he gently moved my lip from my teeth and kissed me, his lips were soft and gentle, sparks exploded through my lips and went everywhere. I pushed myself closer into him and he softly pushed me down onto my back continuing to kiss me. I smiled into the kiss and ran my hands through his shaggy hair.

Soonly a someone a knocked, Marcel growled, making me laugh. I softly pushed him off and straighten my hair.

"Come in." Marcel grumbled, I laughed. Amanda came running through the door and jumped onto the bed to me and wrapped her arms around my neck and cried. I instinctively wrapped my arms around her and hushed her. I moved my hand up and down her back trying to soothe her, she was crying really hard. I looked at Marcel and he looked at me confusedly, I softly kissed her head and continued to rub my hand on her back.

"What's wrong Babydoll?" I asked her. She looked at me sadly, I can see the fear in her eyes.

"You saw something didn't you...?" I asked. She nodded and bit her lip, I placed my hand on her cheek, trying to calm both Amanda and Tia down. It surprisingly worked.

"What did you see baby?"I asked softly.

"It's them." She hiccuped.

"Who?"

"The ones who killed my pack. They're here."
