Chapter Forty: Taken

Amanda's POV

"Car! Come find me!" I yelled giggling. I was hiding in a tree from Carson.

"Anda! Come out!" Carson said looking for me. I covered my mouth to cover my laughter. I guess I covered my scent pretty well if I say so myself!

"We did! Not just you! Wait. Amanda, be quite. I'm sensing something." Tia said. I nodded and leaned against the base of the tree and I smelt something wrong. Rouge.

I screamed but it was muffled by a hand. I looked up at who it was, it was a vampire but he wasn't like Uncle Thomas, he had red eyes. He had curly, nasty, brown long hair. He smelt like death. He had a scruffy beard. Everything about him was scary.

"You better hush little one, or I will have your mommy's head. We wouldn't want that, would we?" He whisperd creepily. I shook my head close to crying.

"Carson, where's Amanda?" Mom asked anxiously, her wolf was uneasy.

"I don't know, we were playing hide and go seek tag and I haven't found her yet." Car said. I looked at my mom, and could tell she was scared. Car and Mom ran in the house searching for me.

"C'mon let's get you out of here." The creepy man whispered. He grabbed me and kept his hand over my mouth and ran out of the tree as fast as possible. He was running so fast it was terrifying

"MOM! TOMMY! HELP!" I screamed into the mind-link but I already knew I was far to late. We were far over the territory border.

"Amanda! What's wrong?! Where are you?!" Mom yelled.

"A strange vampire man has me! We are already off the border! Mom, I'm scared."

"Hang in there Amanda. Alexis, Nathan and I will try to pick up a trace and go after them. Amanda, stay strong, I'm coming to get you." Uncle Thomas said, leaving the mind-link. I looked at the man and looked down crying. I'm going to die.

"Amanda, you aren't going to die. I'm going to protect you until Thomas gets here. I'll shield you from everything." Tia said, trying to reassure me. We stopped suddenly, and I quickly glanced around the area. I knew exactly where I was, I was at the main rouge camp.

"Amanda, give me control. I have a feeling they are going to interrogate you about mom. I'm going take over your body, but not mind." Tia asked. I breathed and let Tia take over. I felt my eyes change colors for a quick second but changed back.

The creepy man brought me into a building tent thing and threw me into a chair. I grabbed my knees and hugged them, staying silently. Another man but instead he was a rouge walks in and looks at me, smirking.

"Well, well, well. Look at who we have here. Amanda Sterling, the daughter of Alpha Kade Sterling and Luna Sage Sterling. What were you doing in the Twilight Moon pack?" He asked curiosily. I just stared at the floor, not saying anything.

"Throw her with rest, I don't want to deal with her at this moment." The man grumbled. The vampire grabbed me and threw me over his shoulder. I screamed and cried and banged on his back to let me go. Obviously it didn't do anything to him.

"Stop struggling kid, no one's going to kill you. Yet." The vampire said. Tia growled at him and I quickly took control again and started crying. He brought me into a building that led underground. It had a bunch of cells and there were a lot of scary people. That looked at me like I was dinner. I hid my face into the guys back. Which caused him to chuckle.
