If you're not part of the fandom just jump to the next chapter.
Our fandom may not have much fanfiction compared to others, but we've certainly found ourselves already falling into deadly stereotypes that need to be stopped. The last thing I need to do is to continue cringing at an original character just taking the place of another character.
1) Robb Stark Love Stories
Sure, I'm sure there are many great Robb fanfictions, but they all seem to follow the same boring plot as each other. Girl marries Robb Stark and all is the same except he wins the war instead of dying.

2) Joffrey Baratheon is good!
Well................................um.............................no. Yes, I understand you can do whatever you want with fanfiction and such, but it's not Joffrey being good that's the problem, it's his behaviour being excused at the flick of a wand. C'mon, how many people met their deaths due to this spoilt fucking incest born bastard? Sure, have a love story if you want to, but don't make excuses for his absolute madness. In my own fanfiction, although it is terrible, he's still the psychotic, sadistic little freak that he is and always has been.
Well, we all know what Joffrey would be asking to do to me because he's such a weak lazy arsehole he can't do it himself...

3) The 'true born daughter'....
It was a great idea, until it was everyone's idea. Not to offend the people who have written good versions of it, but the overwhelming awful writing from most of them makes me cringe. Quotev, which I don't use much, seems to have a better range of GoT fanfics.

4) DANY HAS A TWIN!
she's like so cool and so much better and like wins everything and marries Jon (even though she's his aunt) and like omg like so cool and....................................... I wonder if some people every took an English class.

Well, although it seems short, I felt the need to have a little rant. By the way, in no way should this book be considered literature because I'm just trash, if we're being honest here. Game of Thrones is a smaller fanfiction fandom so obviously there are less clichés than others, but I still needed to do it because I am DONE with Robb Stark fanfictions - because they're pretty much all the same plot line.
Please, some variety is needed. You have GRMM gracing the world with one of the biggest fictional worlds in history and you can't think of more than three different plots.
