Wild People [OLD VERSION]

Part 25

I was really nervous. What kind of test did he think about?

We walked in a hurry towards what looked like a cave. I was expecting to see my new pack but instead we walked into a tunel. It was dark and without our wolf eye sight we would have seen pich black. The tunel itself was a natural not human made with high walls that bend towards the ceiling.

It took us 2 minutes or so to pass it and we walked out into a valley. From a far I could see a lake in the middle that had a river flowing out of it and disappearing right underneath us in another cave. The valley itself was surounded by high and steep mountains. At the very end of the valley stood the highest mountain of this island that I saw when we were coming here by boat.

We quickly walked down by a path that probably Dimitri's pack made and ran towards the lake. Soon we were there and I saw that people here lived in a little bit more modern houses. I could see small or big (I bet depending on a family size) cabins all around the lake. Right in front of a mountain was a field.

The field that Dimitri talked about because I saw three men on their knees with bound hands behind them. To my surprise there was a kid about 14 or 15 years old which made me a bit confused.

We walked in front of them and a girl came with the clothes. Only with men clothes because obviously no one expected me to come here.

Dimitri and his men shifted back and I closed my eyes to not see them in their full glory. I counted to 20 and opened them to see all three men in their clothes. I sat on the ground in my wolf form waiting for someone to understand that I need the clothes too. Soon a girl ran to me and I took a black leather dress. Quickly making my way behind the tree I dressed myself.

When I came to Dimitri I could feel eyes on us.

'Zed, bring everyone here. We will have a public execution' he said to the sandy wolf and I shivered in fear. This place is not a wonderland like it seemed to by its environment.

When everyone came Dimitri started to speak with his voice freezing cold.

'Today we will see three men's execution for the crime they made! You all know the rules! Everyone who paticipated in a heavy crime one way or another is to be killed!'

Whispers rolled down the crowd. I could see the fear in their eyes while I sood there still freezed. Dimitri spoke again.

'Melani Rider's brother sold her to these two to do their ways with her! If not for her screams she would have been used!' He said and I noticed three families behind the guys.

One had a girl around 16 in their hands so I assumed it was Melani. She was crying in her mother's arms while her father looked like he was about to burst out. Other two families had stone faces refusing to look at their kids.

'So today you all three will be killed whitout any questions. The ones who opposes my decision are welcomed to join them!' He ended and silent pressed down on us. No one wanted to die with them and it was obvious why.

Dimitri moved closer to me and I felt his breath tickle my ear.

'Don't even dare to look away' he growled and walked towards the men. My eyes were glued to them as Dimitri grabbed the first one by his head.

Then he punched him in the chest and I saw his arm dig into his flesh. A scream of pure pain and horror left the man's mouth while Dimitri smiled sadisticly to him with his eyes red. I could feel my food that was left inside of me coming up.

Then as is it was not enough Dimitri pulled his hand back with a still beating heart in his palm. The man coughed out his blood while the rest of it seeped down from a hole in his chest. The man fell down dead with his heart thrown down next to him.

I could see horror in other two eyes because the same was coming to them. Dimitri walked past the teenager to the other male adult. He did the same except he punched him in the stomach. Digging his hand to his elbow he pulled out all man's insides. I saw his guts, liver and other things plop down on the ground while the man screamed in agony. Soon his voice died down and he fell right into his own intestines.

I could feel my body shaking and my own stomach twisting wanting to throw out everything inside me. This whole time Dimitri enjoyed himself and had a maniac look on his face.

He walked infront of a kid and looked at him with his crimson eyes. The boy was crying and apologizing but everyone knew that this was his end. Then Dimitri looked to me.

'Come' he said and gave me his bloody hand. Holding my own guts from throwing I took his hand with my shaking one and he pulled me to him.

'The last honor will do my mate!' He spoke to the crowd and I couldn't take it. I closed my eyes and I felt my tears streaming down. I covered my mouth to hold a sob.

This was the test. Dimitri wanted me to kill the child in a brutal way like he did.
