It's this thing that i found on tumblr and you download it and what it does is that it blicks you from exiting it before you achieved either your word goal, or time limit unless you want it not to block you and that's basically what i need

But oh wait here's me getting distracted by my phone

I should probably activate forst rn (bottom right)

So what it does is it grows a plant as long as you keep the app on, and the plant continues to grow to a tree if you leave it to the full 25mins. The tree then contributes to your forest, but you'll kill your tree if you exit the app before the 25mins are up.
