So my teacher (the one responsible for our debate team) approached me today and after the whole how ate you thing this is what happened:
Her: so have you heard about what happened with the twitter competition?
Me: umm yeah i won that
Her: but have you heard what happened after?
Me: no, what happened?
Her: well Debate Mate called...
Me: yeah...
AND IT TURNS OUT THEY CALLED BC THIS CHRISTIAN SCHOOL AT THE COMPETITION IS CALLED TRINITY AND OUR OTHER TEAM WON AGAINST THEM SO THEY THOUGHT I CHANGED MY TWITTER NAME ESPECIALLY TO CALL THEM TRASH OR SOMETHING OH MY GOD
so i just burst out laughing and explained and she's just there shaking her head at them bc she founf it weird af how they assumed all this
