Damon's POV:
"You know, Damon. I don't quite appreciate all of your strumpets bleeding out all over my highly expensive rugs. Blood, no matter how delightful the taste, leaves very troublesome stains," Klaus said as he stepped over the body of a blonde in a tight red mini dress who was sprawled on the floor, bleeding from two puncture marks on her neck.
I smirked, my mouth smeared with blood, as Klaus's dark blue eyes took in the other bodies of the various women lying in random parts of the room all sharing one thing in common: two bleeding puncture wounds in the neck. His gaze stopped at the brunette who was sprawled across my lap, her head thrust back where I had a perfect shot at her olive toned neck.
Klaus then lifted an eyebrow upon seeing my boot covered foot propped against the edge of a large coffee table. I was lounging in a large old fashioned chair in the living room snacking on the barely alive brunette who was wearing a short skimpy black dress. It was her blood that was smeared across my mouth and stained my pale skin.
"I also don't appreciate you having your feet all over my expensive furniture. I swear, you're bloody worse than Stefan was," Klaus muttered as he shoved my foot off of the table while I continued to give him my bloody smirk.
"Who's Stefan?" I asked as a different kind of familiarity twitched at the back of my mind like there was something I couldn't reach or a door I couldn't unlock. Just like with that sorority girl whom I had my way with then killed, the name also seemed familiar, but I didn't know why.
Klaus actually looked a bit surprised by my question as if he had said something he didn't mean to say. "No one important, Mate. Just an old friend of mine that I haven't seen in years. Let's just forget I brought him up, mm?"
"Whatever," I said, letting the boredom slip into my voice. I then went back to my meal, giving an animalistic growl as I felt the blood pour down my throat and I felt the spidery veins take over my face, revealing the true monster that I was.
The hybrid rolled his eyes in annoyance as he gave a sigh and barely shook his head. "Where's my dopplegänger? I swear if you made a meal out of her too, I'll-"
"Relax, Klaus. I didn't touch your precious little dopplegänger. She's probably upstairs with the witch." Satisfied that the brunette sorority girl was drained and dead, I shoved her off of me and she landed in a heap on the floor at my feet. "Why are you even asking me that? You're the one who wants her for the ritual. Not me. So, she's your responsibility now. Personally, I don't really give a damn about her anymore."
Kol suddenly burst through the front door with a giant amused grin plastered across his face that bore a great resemblance to the third eldest Original, Elijah. "Klaus, I have something important and highly amusing to tell you!" His eyes then flicked to me. "In private, if you don't mind." He then took notice of the brutal crime scene that was his family's living room. "Bloody hell. What happened here? It looks as if the Ripper returned, only a lot worse."
Ignoring his brother, Klaus glared at me sternly,"Damon, please dispose of all of these bodies and wipe the blood off of your face. You look like a sodding animal. I'll be in the hall speaking to Kol if you come across any problems."
"Yes, Mom," I replied bitterly without moving from my position in the oddly comfortable chair. I heard Kol snickering which caused the familiar smirk to play across my face as I glanced up smugly at Klaus.
Klaus shot Kol a look causing him to immediately shut up, but I could tell he still found it funny. "For God's sake, don't egg him on." He then turned and left out the doorway followed by Kol who shot me a friendly grin before going after his brother.
Curiosity began to eat at me and I thought what the hell. I then got up, grabbed one of the large blankets I knew Klaus wouldn't miss, and laid it down on an unoccupied space on the floor. That's when I began to gather the numerous amount of bodies that were strewn around the room, but at the same time I was listening in on Klaus's and Kol's conversation.
