Chapter 23: Grow some balls, Gav
"Tough times don't last; tough people do"

We walked to school together, completely not minding the glares we got.
Nothing was unusual, except for the fact that he went to school with his glasses instead of his contact lenses.
People wasn't used to seeing Gavin like this, I was the only one who was beside him when he looked like his normal self.
The day went by fine and what made it better was the news I heard about Tiffany.
In our school, she's known as the girl who's always flirty but not slutty. She's bitchy but only to the people who deserves that side of her. In other words, she's like Sophie. The queen in our school, the only difference is she's nice.
The rumor's been out since last night but it was confirmed to me this morning, everybody knew what she did. And after that, she got death glares, haters on her facebook and loads of bullying even from Sophie, herself.
She was forced to transfer schools because of the mocking and teasing. She didn't even handle one day, while some people lived their life going through different kinds of bullying.
Even if that happened, I actually learned a lesson. I should've known that being one of the people in Sophie's crowd has to have something that's like the rest. I never thought that she'd be like the other popular people that's cocky, immature and selfish. All my life I looked up to her because she's gorgeous, popular and can keep her grades up but then deep down, she's a devil like the other people I despise.
As I played with my pen not minding the discussions happening around the lunch table, I kept thinking about the dream I had. Sure, for most people, dreams are simply dreams but this one was different. It was full of mystery, emotion and I'm incredibly confused. Should I ask Gavin? or would it look like I don't trust him? My thoughts were cut by someone with really big hands that covered my eyes.
"What the hell?" I shrieked. I heard a light chuckle and I instantly knew who was it
"Andrew, sit down and tell me how your date went" I demanded
When my eyes once again saw the light, Andrew made his way beside Laura but Laura's still in a conversation with Monica.
"It was amazing!" Andrew said with a cheeky smile
I made a disgusted face "Please don't tell me you did it"
Andrew shook his head "No we didn't! I have so much respect for Eleanor, I'd never do that" he raised his hands up like he was innocent. I let out a sigh of relief which earned me a kick on the shin under the table.
I groaned and was ready to take on Andrew, but then another person grabbed me by the shoulders.
"Woah, settle down. What's happening?" I recognized it as Zach's voice, when I turned around, I was right.
"Zach!" I exclaimed and patted the seat beside me, he shrugged his shoulders and happily sat beside me. No doubts or guilt found by his actions. Maybe him and Gavin already made up.
He nudged my waist "How'd your day went?" He said before devouring his burger.
"So far, so good. Nothing unusual. You?" I returned the question
