"Oh... Okay." I scratched the back of my head.
"Last night my heart was acting up again-" Immediately, I sat up straighter. "It was nothing too bad, but the doctor said I can't go out for awhile."
I looked away. "I understand. I really do. I'm-"
"No, Jay. I'm really sorry and-"
"It's okay, Sam." I sighed and took a step towards the door. "I'm gonna go, then."
Sam looked defeated, but sank back into her covers. "Sorry Jay."
