Wind
The wind blew and I floated away,
Like a whisper on the wind.
I found my voice and I crawled back to you.
The wind blew once again and I floated away,
Like a lie told to the air.
I discovered the truth and I crawled back to you.
This time I felt the breeze coming,
And I let myself fly away like a foolish dream.
But when I found reality, you weren’t there to crawl back to.
So now I’m a foolish liar, whispering to no one.
