"I always knew you would be mine one day." Harry purred in my ear.
"Did you?" I asked, trying to avoid a certain pair of green eyes. I needed to focus on the task at hand.
"Honestly babe. I really did. I always knew we would end up together. Somehow."
His words melted through me like butter. Babe. It had been a while since he had called me that. It didn't sound the same coming from anyone else. "Harry, you're drunk. You don't know what you're saying." I said, though I wasn't sure who I was trying to convince more. "Now be quiet so I can finish cleaning you up."
"Why are you cleaning me up again?" He sounded so small when he was drunk. Like a small, curious child. Right now he sounded more like a slightly annoyed child.
"You got into a fight remember? You got hit pretty badly and now you're bleeding everywhere." I said, trying not to cringe as I dipped the blood-red cloth in the pink water and back onto his head wound.
"No I remember thatttt." He huffed. "I mean- why. Why did you help me?"
I remained silent as I felt the lump in my throat growing now that the elephant in the room was just addressed. He probably wouldn't like the answer I gave him anyway.
(A/N: SURPRISE IT'S ME! So I know I said that I wasn't going to be posting a second book of Invisible but I changed my mind. I felt that there was more to be said with this story and I just loved writing it so much that I never actually stopped! This is why I didn't write an epilogue of Invisible 1 because I felt so horrible to end it! I began writing this one for fun and just never stopped! I didn't intend to post this one, but I couldn't bear the thought of keeping it to myself ;) So I hope you guys enjoy this second story and you still want to hear more from Victoria and Harry!Hopefully I didn't wait too long to post this but on the two-year mark seemed like a good enough time!
