Victoria's P.O.V:

I smiled as I walked in the house. It was really nice of Harry to come in the morning to explain things. Plus, getting to see him again was always a bonus.

But, still, I wanted to fix some of the damage myself.

So I bit my lip nervously and made my way to my Mom's room.

Opening the door, I looked at her clock and cringed when I saw the time. Midnight.

I walked over to her and saw a scowl set across her face. She always slept that way when she was mad.

I took a deep breath and whispered her name. "Mom?"

Nothing.

"Mom?" I said again, shaking her shoulder a little.

She groaned and moved a little.

"Wake up." I said, touching her again.

"What?" She mumbled and opened her eyes.

"I'm home," I said softly.

"What time is it?" She asked, groaning.

I considered lying for a second but I figured that would get me nowhere so I cringed again and said, "Midnight."

That seemed to wake her up slightly. "What the hell took you so long to get home? Where were you?" She asked.

"I'm sorry. I was with Harry at his house. We ended up falling asleep while watching T.V." I said.

"We'll talk about this in the morning. I'm not coherent enough for this conversation." She rolled over. "Go to bed."

I walked out of the room without another word. I didn't want to push it and bother her anymore tonight.

I woke up to the sun shining through my window and my phone buzzing in my ear.

Blinking against the sun, I blindly reached out and felt for my phone.

Once I found it, I answered it and put it up to my ear.

"Hello?" I asked, not bothering to look at the caller ID. Only one person ever called me really.

"Good morning beautiful." A smooth-talking accent came over the line.

"Hey baby- I mean- Harry." I said, cringing. Why did I feel the need to use nicknames?!  He probably thought I was stupid.

"Baby? Oh that's a new one." I could hear him smiling.

"Yeah. Sorry, I don't know where that came from." I apologized, cringing again.

"Why are you sorry? I like it." He said.

"You do?" I couldn't help smiling.

"Of course." He laughed. "I've told you that before."

I grinned. "So what's up baby?"

I heard him laugh over the line and say, "I think I've created a monster." I could tell he was winking without even seeing his face. "So are you up and dressed yet?" He asked.

"No," I laughed. "You woke me up."

"Oh, I'm sorry. I figured you would be awake by now."

"It's okay." I said, looking at the clock. "I'm usually up by 9 o'clock anyway."

"Well then I'm on my way okay?"

"Okay, see you in a bit." I began to hang up.

"I love you," I heard on the line, right before I hung up.
