Chapter 31

Harry's P.O.V

Once we got into the living room, my phone started to ring. I looked at the caller ID.

Mum.

Feeling slightly strange answering my Mum in my current clothing situation, but not seeing another choice , I answered with a cringe.

"Hey Mum, what's up?" I asked.

Victoria whipped around, looking equally as horrified as I felt. She began to get dressed quickly, as if my Mum was knocking on my bedroom door or something.

"Hey!" My Mum said cheerfully, totally oblivious to the sheer panic happening in this room, "I just wanted to let you know that I've booked a flight already and I'll be flying in today! But I'll be over pretty late obviously."

"You're coming already?" I asked, Horrified. I wasn't ready to deal with my mother just yet. I thought I might have more time.

"What?!"  Victoria whispered, trying not to be heard.

"My mother is flying in today already!" I tried telling her, without my mother hearing.

I was unsuccessful.

"Who is that you're talking to? Are you with Victoria?" She asked.

"Yes Mum, I'm with Victoria." I sighed.

"Oh, put her on the phone! I want to say hi!"

One look at Victoria's horrified expression, and I knew that was the last thing she wanted. The poor girl had been traumatized enough already this morning.

"Mum, we're kinda busy here..." I hinted. "I am with my girlfriend."

"Ohhhh." She said, getting it instantly. "One of those alone type times? I get it. I was young once." I could hear the smile in her voice. "Well, you two be careful now okay? Don't do anything I wouldn't do!" She laughed.

"Muuuumm" I complained.

"Sorry! Sorry! I just don't want her pregnant before I even meet her officially as the girlfriend!"

"Mother!" I said again, horrified. 

"Okay, okay, I'm just teasing! ....Sort of. I'll let you two have your fun now. See you soon honey!"

And with that, she hung up. Unbelievable.

"Well... that went.... smooth." Victoria said, probably trying to mask how horrified she was.

"My mother can come on a bit... strong at first. She's all bark no bite though. I promise."

"Well, I know." Victoria said. "I met her once remember?" 

"Oh yeah, I remember," I said. "But this time will be the most special because I can call you my love." I said.

Victoria gave me a huge smile and I couldn't help but give her a big hug.

My stomach growled just then, reminding me that it was breakfast time.

"Hungry?" She joked.

"Starved." I told her. "How about we go out to breakfast?" I offered.

"That sounds like an amazing idea." She said.

"And then after that, I'm going to spend the rest of the time cleaning up the place before my mother arrives. She'll have a long flight, which means I have plenty of time."

"Won't you have to go pick her up from the airport?" Victoria pointed out. 

"Fuck.... You're right. I will. I'm going to have to stay up super late to go get her. Well, you know what that means then?" I asked, smiling at her deviously.

"Whats that?" She asked.

"That means we can have another adult sleep over." I told her.

We both smiled at each other and hugged.

I love my girlfriend.

(A/N: Short, boring chapter, I know. I'm sorry! All of my ideas for this story has flew straight out the window and taken away with yesterday's trash! I'm working really hard to get the motivation for this story back but unfortunately that means at least one super boring chapter til I can get back into the good stuff. I hope you enjoyed anyway :)

P.S: Some of you may have noticed that my update schedule has been off lately and I apologize for that. Mostly it is because midterms came up and I needed to study. And for those of you that don't know, I also got engaged about 2 weeks ago so things have been hectic. On top of that, we have been trying to move out. So much planning and celebrating has been going on, leaving me with no time to write. Which also means lots of working because moving out means money, and don't forget! I have school too! So as you can see my time has been sucked away for the time being.

To top off that long, boring cry story about my life, I am trying to switch to weekend updates. I've been trying to get this going for about two weeks, which also screws up my schedule because I used to have a set time that I would write but that needs to change now too since the updates will change. I know most of you are probably in school and have no time to read at 12:00 on a Wednesday when I finally get around to updating. And I want to get more reads for all of my stories, and I think this is the best way to do it. Long story short, let me know what you think of this in the comments please :)
