Anne's P.O.V
I woke up in a dark room, disoriented. What time was it?
Harry's alarm clock told me that it was 10:00.
10:00? Where was the sun?
I looked at the window and saw that he had covered each of them with black garbage bags, likely to keep the sun out.
Typical Harry.
I sat up and stretched, then reached up and felt my highly tangled hair. All off my tossing and turning last night probably had something to do with that.
I wondered how today was going to go, worrying as I had been all night. But, the time has finally come.
I had to tell Harry.
Harry's P.O.V
I woke up with a huge migraine and a neck ache.
Uuuuggghhh why was I on the couch?
I must have passed out here last night after....
Victoria...
"Mum!" I sat up quickly, just as she trudged into the room.
Too quickly, the events of last night flooded back into my memory, causing me to get dizzy.
"Woah." I said, flopping back down onto my pillow. Which also proved to be a bad idea, my neck and head protested by kicking the pain up a notch.
"Are you okay sweetie? Do you need anything?" My mum asked, sounding worried. She kept her eyes on me as she inched her way to the kitchen. Was she okay?
"Yeah, I'm okay. I just have one hell of a hangover." I groaned, closing my eyes and pinching the bridge of my nose.
"Yeah, drinking will do that to you." She said flatly.
What was her problem?
I looked up from my spot on the couch but she had slipped into he kitchen.
She was ... Acting strange. I wanted to say she was pissed, but that didn't exactly fit her emotion... exactly.
She reappeared a moment later with a bottle of aspirin and a cup of water.
"Here." She said. "Take this."
I gave her a look before cautiously taking the pills. Once they were down, I sat up.
"Mum, we need to talk." I said, motioning for her to sit down on the couch.
"I know. We do." Her face was so stoic, I could read no emotion on it.
I was scared. She was scaring me.
She sat a little too far away for my liking when she did finally sit, so I crossed my legs up on the couch and scooted over to her.
Taking her hands in mine, I blurted. "I'm sorry," probably surprising the two of us.
"You're what?" she asked me, taken aback. At least the stony look in her eyes has disappeared.
Relief washed over me, I had broken through her barrier.
Eager to continue, I said "Yes. I'm sorry. I'm sorry for drinking last night and I'm sorry that I know things happened last night but I don't really know what. I'm sorry."
"Oh honey." She said, wrapping me in a hug "I forgive you. I won't say its okay- because it isn't but I accept your apology."
"I know I shouldn't be drinking." I said sheepishly.
