*Katie's POV*

"It's my turn!" I whined, grabbing the bottle from her as we walked through the forest.

I took a drink of the alcohol and passed it back.

"Who even are you?" She giggled looking at me and trying not to fall over.

"I don't even know myself or you" I laughed as I skipped on through. We were at a party and I had bumped into her trying to find my way home which she was too.

"Ooh I see lights, lights are pretty, let's go that way!" She slurred, dragging me through.

"What if it's the police?" I gasped, "we're only 14, we aren't meant to be drinking!" I giggled taking the bottle again from her.

"Come on silly Sally, let's go!" She screamed as we ran until we were on a road.

"You know my parents would kill me if they knew I was running around with a stranger" I slurred as I drank from the bottle passing it over.

"I'm not a stranger! We're friends now!" She giggled.

"Well what's your name at least?" I asked sassily stopping.

"Olivia" She stated. Then came the car, the headlights beamed on us lighting up my eyes as I froze and she did too. Except the car didn't slow down, it kept going, if anything picking up it's pace.

I immediately came back to reality, "Olivia!" I screamed trying to push her out the way, she seemed stuck to the spot. As I pushed she didn't move, just stared right into the car as I tried once more before stepping to the side.

Everything was black after that.

I came out of the flashback that I had, looking to Calum who was now crying.

"What do you mean-"

"You know exactly what I mean, Katie. You killed her" He spat out as he choked slightly.

"But I didn't-" I said, the tears brimming in my eyes, "I didn't do it Calum! I didn't want her to die!"

"You let her! You let her die! You-You.."

"Calum no" I shook my head "I didn't do it, please, just let me explain!"

"No" He shook his hand, "I just- I just need to be alone!" He sobbed as I heard him running up the stairs.

I had tried my hardest these past 3 years to forget about it. As much as it ruined me, I didn't want to think about any of it.

I still had the scar. On the right of my hip. I lifted up my sweater and looked at it while wiping away my tears.

The front door opened and I wiped away my tears quickly.

"I'm not going to argue with you! Not again!" I heard Joy say, this was different, I hadn't heard her this mad before.

"Why did you even let them live here?" I heard David shout back. He always seemed like such a quiet man so this was a big change in him.

"They're lovely kids David! You're just too obnoxious to realise!" Joy shouted.

I tried my hardest to sneak out of the kitchen but bumped into David.

"Oh, sorry" I said looking up at him.

He just glared at me and walked away. I walked up the stairs and knocked on Keith's door.

"Keith?" I opened the door slightly and looked in to see him happily playing with his toys.
