Percabeth's Child

Bickering

So i decided to delete the last two chapters which if you don't remember is where I killed off many of the campers or i pretended to & Will and Calypso were devastated. Let's pretend that never actually happened.

The campers all gathered around Chiron. Some campers from Camp Jupiter were there as well.

"So as you're all well aware , Lamia's children have been causing mischief in the city. Mortals are being killed. We must stop them before it gets out of control." He looked out at the campers who nodded in agreement.

Annabeth grabbed Percy's hand and looked up at him. He looked at Chiron with furrowed eyebrows.

She turned to look at Nico who was looking at the Apollo cabin as if waiting for Will to come out. He looked back at her and nodded his head at her. Hazel and Frank stood next to him.

"I've decided to split you all up into groups. Each of group will be assigned one part of the city. The sooner we get those creatures of the streets , the better. Now get going for armor and in ten minutes you should all be on your way to the city." Chiron said before going inside the Big House.

Annabeth started walking to get armor with Percy following behind her. Leo caught up to them looking excited.

"I am so pumped for this ! It's been so long since I've fought monsters!" He exclaimed.
Annabeth rolled her eyes and looked at him,"We just fought Lamia like four days ago."

Leo shrugged," Yeah, so? Four days is a long time you know."

"Whatever. The sooner we get done with this , the better." She said with a sigh as they reached the tables which were piled with armor. The campers all started grabbing breast plates and swords. She stood to the side and waited for Percy.

"It feels like forever since I've geared up for battle." Percy said.

"It has been forever. We have to come play Capture the Flag again one of these days." Leo answered back .

"Sure thing man."

" It's okay Jordan. It's okay. Mommy and daddy will be back soon." Calypso told baby Jordan as she took him out of his crib. He looked at her before crying again.

"Oh my, it's going to be okay. Are you hungry?" She asked him as she grabbed his baby food out of his diaper bag in the corner of the crib. She grabbed a bib from the bag as well and headed out into the living room.

She sat him on the couch and crutched in front of him while she fed him. He was a messy eater, but Calypso didn't mind.

He fell asleep a few minutes later and carefully , Calypso laid him in his crib. She wondered where Percy , Leo , and Annabeth were and what they were doing. She wondered how long it would take them to get back.

She hoped it wasn't long.

Calypso looked at the sleeping baby and brushed his hair back. She walked out into the kitchen and made sure to tell Annabeth that they would need to go grocery shopping.

Sitting down at the table, she closed her eyes and put her head into her hands.

They'll be alright.

Just a couple more minutes and they would be back.

Calypso fell asleep soon after.
