The boy bravely descended the stairs, warily looking around as he reached the base of the steps. He slowly moved through the house, nervously searching around the first floor. As he reached the living room, the overwhelming stench of death overtook him. Claude stopped himself from gagging, stepping over piles of bodies lining the floors.
The slender boy crept through the house, his cock and balls swinging freely as he moved. He had a member to be proud of, but the fear of the situation shrunk it down a peg. Claude stepped over another corpse, his bare ass flapping in the breeze as he snuck through the first floor. He gazed at the shattered porch ahead, suddenly wondering if anyone could see him nude. Normally, he'd feel embarrassed, but at this point, he was more concerned with staying alive than about his own modesty.
As the boy reached the kitchen, a zombie suddenly lunged out from nowhere. Claude tensed up, cringing as he quickly raised his weapon. He parried the zombie's strike, struggling buck naked against the female zombie. The boy tensed his muscles, gritting his teeth as he fought against the woman. Though she was shorter than him, her undead strength easily outmatched his.
The creature moaned, suddenly disarming Claude of the sharp plunger handle. Claude went pale, nervously stepping back as the zombie approached. The boy edged back, suddenly feeling his butt cheeks press against the cold wall. As the zombie cornered him, Claude looked sideways, suddenly noticing a vase nearby. He grabbed it, yelling as he smashed it over the zombie's head.
The creature staggered back, snarling before swiping its claws at Claude. The boy narrowly dodged, rushing past the zombie before retrieving his weapon. As the zombie chased after him, Claude turned around, jabbing the wooden object through the creature's eye. The zombie froze, moaning once more before falling dead. Claude looked down, breathing heavily as his heart pounded in his chest.
He returned to the kitchen, finding it empty as he searched the rest of the house. Finding no signs of further danger, he warily stepped over the corpses before heading outside. He looked in both directions, spotting nothing through the darkness of the night. Realizing the coast was clear, he returned to the house, heading upstairs to Zoe.
"Claude! Are you okay? I heard a racket just now," she said.
"I'm fine. There was a straggler, but I killed it. The house is safe for now," Claude replied.
The two headed back downstairs, Zoe grimacing at the many dead zombies strewn around.
"Yuck. What a stink. They smell like the inside of an ass," the girl joked.
"Ha! I'd say that's more pleasant compared to these things," Claude replied. "We should drag the bodies back outside."
"...And what? Bury them all?" Zoe asked.
"There's no time. We certainly can't keep them in here, though," Claude replied.
The couple gritted their teeth, starting the grizzly task of dragging the bodies outside. Claude did most of the heavy lifting as Zoe helped in guiding them along. As the final zombie was removed from the house, the two went back inside as Claude looked around.
"Now we should barricade the place back up. Clearly it wasn't tight enough before, so we should add more stuff to it," he said. The two got busy barricading the patio entrance, adding more and more furniture to it. Upon completion, Zoe carefully inspected their work.
"...That should do," she said, catching her breath.
"Yeah. It's packed in there tight. This should hold better than last time," Claude said. Zoe looked over, blushing as she looked to the boy's ass.
"He, he. Through all the commotion, I forgot we're still totally nude," she said bashfully. Claude smiled at her.
"...Me too," he replied. "...All this action has left me feeling tense."
"...Same here. I think we need a release...!" Zoe said mischievously. The naked couple slowly edged closer, gently touching lips moments later. Their passion quickly escalated as the two made out in the living room. The pair repositioned themselves, Zoe bending over the couch as Claude entered her from behind.
As Claude and Zoe passionately made love, Blair and Flood arrived at the research facility. They left their cars, Flood escorting Blair toward the building. Upon reaching the entrance, Flood removed a small ID card, swiping it to unlock the large metal door. The two went inside, traversing the long halls lit by fluorescent lights.
"You still have electricity, I see," Blair said.
"But of course. Our backup generators can run for ages without shutting down," Flood replied. Moments later, the two stopped outside a laboratory door, Flood turning to Blair with a stoic expression. "What you're about to see in this room may disturb you. Please be prepared."
"...What's in there?" Blair asked.
"My colleagues. I've been performing experiments on them."
"What?"
"I have them restrained in cages, so there's little danger to us. It sounds cruel, but it's for the sake of science."
As Blair raised a brow at him, Flood opened the door, the two entering the lab soon after. As they walked inside, Blair looked around in surprise. Before her stood rows of caged cells, zombies in lab coats growling and snarling through the bars.
"...What the...?!" Blair said in shock.
"These are my afflicted colleagues. There are ten of them in total. When the chaos began, most of us became afflicted seemingly out of nowhere," Flood said.
"...I see. That happened to some people I met in a town recently, as well. They turned into zombies practically at random," Blair said. Flood smirked.
"...Zombies?" he asked coyly. "Ha! What a delightfully juvenile term!"
"Claude came up with it. He said they reminded him of zombie movies."
"Claude?"
"Yes. A young man I met back in Florida...," Blair replied, blushing as she thought of him.
"Well, truth be told, it's an apt description. In hindsight, those zombie films were eerily prophetic," Flood said.
"Why are you keeping these creatures alive?"
"Like I said, I'm experimenting on them."
"Experimenting?"
"Yes. I've been performing various tests on them to determine the nature of the Paleface Virus."
"...And? Have you learned anything?"
"Indeed. The 'zombie' is simply a magnificent creature; truly a scientific anomaly in every way. They function without need of food, water, or any other form of sustenance. They require no oxygen, and their flesh never seems to rot off. Though certain degrees of decay are present, the creatures never seem to fully decompose. The only way to kill them is to disrupt the cerebral cortex, though recent experiments involving trauma to the spinal cord are proving interesting," Flood said. As Blair noticed a creepy grin growing on Flood's face, the scientist turned to her. "Come this way."
Flood lead Blair across the room, stopping before a cell containing two male zombies.
"Who are they?" Blair asked.
"Doctors Larson and Reinhart," Flood replied. "...My most promising specimens."
