"What the hell?!" Abby exclaimed, looking to the others lying unconscious.

"What did you do to them?" Reuben asked. Debra gave a cute, naughty smile.

"They're out cold! That's the power of my deadly, noxious gas! Looks like you two are a bit more resistant to it, though... but not for long! You'll be lying on the ground with the rest of them soon enough!" Debra replied.

"Like hell we will!" Abby exclaimed, suddenly rushing forward and swiping her wing. Debra smirked, swiftly leaping back out the window and into the street. As Abby and Reuben followed her outside, Debra took off into the air.

"This is my town! Its residents are mine to toy with! I won't allow intruders like you to spoil my fun!" Debra said. She then flew near Abby and Reuben, releasing ever more pollen at the two of them. The duo rushed from the cloud, Reuben raising his hand before firing quills. Debra nimbly dodged, flying through the air with great agility.

"Annoying little brat! I'm gonna tear off those antennae and shove them up your twat!" Abby exclaimed, gnashing her teeth. She then took flight, chasing Debra as Debra quickly evaded her. Abby attempted an oscillation, but realized she needed to be grounded to create such an attack. She landed below Debra, raising her wings before fluttering them.

Suddenly, Debra raised a brow, quickly dodging as the building behind her was struck. It's windows all shattered, the structure crumbling before falling to the ground.

"Phew! Not bad, sister! Those are some nifty powers you've got there!" Debra said in surprise. "You can't hold out forever, though! Looks like your pal, there's, already succumbed to my attacks!" Suddenly, Abby paused, looking back as she noticed Reuben lying unconscious on the ground. She cringed, feeling slightly drowsy as the air around her glowed a faint yellow. Abby quickly shook her head, suddenly leaping and flying high into the sky.

Debra did the same, the girls soon floating high above the town. They fought back and forth, Abby attacking with her wings as Debra easily dodged.

"Too slow!" Debra teased, releasing ever more pollen as she flew around.

"...Damn!" Abby exclaimed, flying back as the pollen continued permeating the air.

As Abby struggled with Debra, Blair and Amanda finished off two cans of spaghetti. They then looked out the diner window, noticing the rain had finally let up.

"Alright, kid," Blair said to Sam, checking over her Tec-9 before turning to the boy. "Take us to your sister."

"Right," Sam replied, the three leaving the diner before heading around back.

They moved through an open field, dark clouds heavy on the horizon as sporadic claps of thunder rolled in. The three traipsed through the soggy meadow, soon spotting a farmhouse off in the distance.

"That's where sis and I were staying. It was empty when we got there, and the place was safe for a little while, at least. That is, until sis... changed," Sam explained worriedly.

"...Maybe she's still in there," Blair said, moving toward the house along with the others.

Upon reaching it, the three looked it over, noticing shattered windows and the door wide open. Bits of glass lay everywhere, chunks of wood and debris strewn around the yard.

"The place looks like a wreck. Was it like this when you and Shirley first got here?" Amanda asked.

"...No. It was totally intact," Sam said.

"Stay on guard," Blair said, the three approaching the front porch, stopping at the door. Blair raised her weapon, peering inside at the dimly lit house.

She warily went inside, Amanda and Sam following close behind. The trio looked around, finding the interior in complete shambles. Blair then froze, realizing something was coating the bottom of her foot.

"What the...?" she said, raising her leg as a thick cobweb stuck to her heel.

"A spider's web," Amanda said, also noticing her own foot coated with the stuff.

"...You said your sister turned into a spider-like creature, right Sam?" Blair asked.

"Yes," Sam replied, looking around the interior of the first floor.

"Maybe this is evidence of her presence. Keep alert," Blair said, the three continuing through the dark house.

After searching the first and second floors, they soon realized the residence was empty. They then looked out a window, spotting a large red barn out back. The three looked to each other, realizing they had yet to check inside.

The group went out the rear entrance of the farmhouse, carefully approaching the barn in the backyard. As they drew near, they noticed the building was slightly damaged. As they arrived at the large, open doors, they gave a pause, looking around at the bloody scene inside.

There, strewn about in a random fashion were the remains of all sorts of barnyard animals. Horses, sheep, and chickens lay in pieces all around. The three carefully surveyed the interior, spotting no signs of life as they warily entered the barn.

As they went inside, Blair suddenly noticed something odd near one of the haystacks. She slowly approached it, tilting her head as she stared at the large, round object. As she carefully inspected it, she froze, looking on in horror as she realized what it was. As she looked on along with Amanda and Sam, the corpse of a woman stared back at them, face frozen in terror as her body was coated in a thin silk. Several other bodies were also attached, crushed into a mangled ball of corpses.

"...These must be the bodies Shirley's been collecting," Amanda said.

"...No way...!" Sam replied, eyes wide with shock.

As Blair grimly stared at the bodies, she froze, suddenly picking up the faint sound of a girl's voice. She slowly turned around, looking up along with the others. Suddenly, the three went pale, noticing a giant spider latched to the ceiling. The large, black insect gave a dreadful screech, suddenly falling to the ground before facing the three.
