"Oh come on Vikki Vic.  The water isn't that cold."  She smirked as she noticed Victoria slowly dipping into the water.  Victoria rolled her eyes.  "Shouldn't you come out?  I mean.  You are sick after all.  I wouldn't want you to get sicker on my behalf."  She smirked a little.  "You know Victoria.  You really are taken for a fool aren't you?"  She grinned back a little.  "I mean.  I knew I could fool my dad.  But you...  I must say brava on my part.."  Amanda slowly began to swim towards Victoria circling her a little.  Victoria raised her eye slightly confused at the girl's sudden actions.  "What the hell are you talking about?"  She glared forgetting she was talking to a ten year old kid.

"I'm talking about you trying to mess with my father.."  Amanda said giving her the evil stare back inching closer to her.  "You can't just come swooning in here like you have and take him away from me.  And don't deny it Victoria.  Because I know exactly that that's what you're trying to do."  "And you're a psychotic little girl who should be put away..  Just what on earth are you trying to pull Amanda?  Whatever you try to tell him?  He's not going to believe you.  Even if you are his little girl.  And just so we are clear..."  Victoria said stepping dangerously close to Amanda.  "I don't handle threats well.  Whatever you do unto me, I can do ten times worse to you you little brat!"

Listening to Victoria's words, Amanda could feel even more hatred towards her.  She gave her a hard forceful push back to make Victoria stumble backwards enough to lose balance.  "Leave us alone!"  She warned.  Seeing Victoria lose her balance, Amanda used it as her chance and quickly made her way over to the woman.  She gripped both her arms around Victoria's neck as Victoria tried to stand back up and began to drag her under water with her.

Victoria tried to loosen Amanda's grip but she had underestimated the child.  She was quite strong for a ten year old.  "Get off me you rat!"  Victoria tried to yell in between trying to come up for air.  Victoria began to flail a little and yell out for help.  Pretty soon she felt someone pulling her away from Amanda.  "What the hell is going on here!"  David hissed at the two of them.  He had just gotten out of his meeting and had decided to come home to check to see how Amanda was doing.  He kept a tight hold of Victoria then went to reach for Amanda's arm a little more forcefully than he was used to.  "I think you both have some explaining to do..."  Amanda bit her lip not sure what to say.  "You should be sent to the psych ward!  Just like your mother!"  Victoria growled in hatred.  "Victoria!  Enough!"  David yelled.  Amanda stared at Victoria in shock.  Her father had told her he and her mother had drifted apart.  And now hearing what Victoria said..  "You mean she doesn't know?"  Victoria said looking at David in just as shock as Amanda.  "I mean obviously it is in the family history.  Perhaps you should have told the girl before she had tried to do a stunt such as this!"  "Let me talk to my daughter Victoria and I will talk with you later!"  David said giving her a warning glare.  Amanda had never seen her father this angry.  She quickly tried to brush past him towards the house.  Right now she wanted nothing more than to run away.  The plan she had planned out so perfectly had gone horribly wrong.  After David had brought Victoria home, David came back to the beach house to see Amanda curled up on the couch.  "We need to talk..."  He said with a hint of anger in his voice.  Amanda couldn't speak.  She was too afraid at what he was going to do.  All she did was nod acknowledging that she had heard him.

"You're going to tell me exactly what is going on young lady.."  David said in a stern voice as he sat down next to Amanda.  Amanda curled back pulling further away from her father.  "Do you hate me?"  She asked.  "No Amanda.  I don't hate you.  I just need an explanation of why.."  David said. Considering what had happened to his wife, he was quite worried about his daughter's way of thinking with the Victoria's situation.  He had tried to hide the secret of the family past for so long.  He didn't want Amanda to get hurt and knew he would have to tell her when she was older and could more fully understand.  But now he was certain he had no choice.  Amanda stayed quiet for the longest time and took a deep breath.  "Okay daddy..."  She began to explain everything from the beginning.
