"That devil of a child is not going to get away with this no matter what she wants to think!" Victoria said talking to herself as she paced back and forth in her living room. "Who won't get away with what mom?" Victoria paled a little hearing Daniel's voice. She stopped pacing and turned to look at her son. "Oh. Nothing sweetie. Mommy's just practicing for a play she's doing with her group." She grinned a little. Daniel nodded then went along his own business.
Victoria was quite furious that she couldn't get David to see just how messed up his kid really was. She was going to turn out exactly to be like her mother. And he was going to get hurt if he didn't do something soon. She knew she would have to put a plan to action soon. If she was going to stay with David. She couldn't have that behavior. She had to do something, after all, he would see in the end that she was simply trying to protect him from the same mistake the mother had made.
Victoria glanced at the time, David was still at work. And he wouldn't be home for a couple of hours yet. Amanda was home at the beach house, under the watch of a babysitter. Victoria made her way over to the beach house and knocked at the door. She looked up as she heard the door opening and smirked seeing the babysitter's confused look. "Can I help you?" Victoria rolled her eyes. "I'm here to take Amanda for the rest of the day." The babysitter looked at the woman suspicious. "David never mentioned anything to me about it." "Well he said he tried calling you, to let you know I was coming over. But something must of been up with the phone lines. I haven't been able to get my messages for the past hour either." She rolled her eyes letting the lie roll off her tongue. "Seriously considering switching phone companies. They're such slow polks when it comes to fixing glitches. What company do you have? Perhaps we have the same carrier?" Victoria said hoping to throw off the babysitter. She held out her phone and smirked. "Ah yes. Just as I figured. It finally came through..." The babysitter rolled her eyes. "She's in her room. I'll go get her." "No. You know what? I can go get her." Victoria said giving a fake smile. The babysitter still looked hesitant at first then gave a small nod stepping aside so Victoria could come in.
As Victoria walked upstairs to Amanda's room, she tried to stop herself from laughing. That was too easy. Victoria opened Amanda's door without even knocking. Amanda hearing the door opening looked up and gasped to see Victoria. "What are you doing in here. Get out of my room!" "Relax drama queen. I came here because. I think we should spend some time together. I mean. I know we set off on the wrong foot. But we can let bygones be bygones can't we?" Victoria said through a fake smile. "I thought you might like to go where I had planned. I discussed it with your father and he thinks it's a great idea for a way for us to try and get along." "My daddy never said anything about it.." Amanda retorted back. "Well. Before you say no. Why don't you hear me out first?"
After Amanda had decided to leave with Victoria, Victoria paid the babysitter to leave. Victoria then began to drive towards her destination. Of course she had promised Amanda to go to the ice cream shop. As she knew Amanda couldn't pass down on ice cream, even if it was with her. Once she pulled into the institution, Amanda began to get nervous. "Wait. This isn't the ice cream shop? Where are we?!"
Victoria laughed and looked over at the kid. "Of course it isn't." Victoria gets out of the car and makes her way to Amanda's side opening the door. "Come on kid..." Amanda stayed where she was. "No! Take me back home right now!" Victoria quickly grabbed a hold of Amanda, dragging her out of the car and into the building. Amanda began to scream for help and tried to flail out of Victoria's grip. Victoria smirked. Amanda was playing into her cards so very well.
"Can I help you?" Victoria looked up at a nurse who had approached them. "I need this child checked in right away. I've tried my best I really have... I just... I am just not sure what to do anymore.." Victoria stuttered letting fake tears fall. "I thought I was protecting her..." The nurse nodded. "Come this way miss." Victoria kept a tight hold as she followed the nurse to get Amanda checked in. "My father will find out! Let me go! You're hurting me!" She yelled and went to bite at Victoria's arm to help loosen her grip. Seeing what Amanda was doing, Victoria slightly pulled away but still kept her grip. "And this is why you need to go here. To protect you from yourself and everyone you're around.. Please try to understand honey. I'm just doing this for your best interest. I want you to get better." "Let me go you crazy lady! I'm going to tell dad!" Seeing that the child was getting highly more frustrated with just being in the building, the nurse narrowed her eyes a bit. "I can get her some medicine that will help calm her down a bit." Victoria glared down at Amanda hearing her words. "Yes. Please do." She smirked. A few minutes later, the nurse had Amanda checked in, and had injected Amanda with a syrum to calm her down, putting her to sleep at least for the time being. They checked Amanda into a room, unknown to her that it was the same room her mother had stayed in while she had been there. Victoria left the hospital satisfied and made her way to pick up Daniel before heading back to the Grayson mansion.
