                                            Home Sweet Home? Not Really.      

                        

“Baby…can you get me a glass of water?” Nish asked me half laying on our red sofa with his eyes half closed.

“Sure darling, I’ll get it as soon as I can find any of my body parts” I replied. We had just come back from Jodhpur and we were both tired, both physically and mentally.

                          Throughout the fight we didn’t really talk much, in fact we didn’t talk at all. I could see that he was thinking real hard. I really tried to maintain my brave front to Nish’s mother’s threats and not let her get to me, but honestly speaking, it wasn’t really working. She was right, even if she didn’t have the ultimate royal powers and she just couldn’t ask some guard to come and kill me, she was still a royal, and she was still pretty influential, and if she would spread bullsh*t about us to the press, they would most definitely buy it.

                          Nish and I had to talk, we needed to discuss about issues, but we also needed some time to process yesterday’s happenings ourselves, and I guess we just weren’t ready yet, at least I wasn’t.

“Arghh I’m damn hungry” I said but I voice came out muffled because of the pillow on which my face was buried.

“Let’s go out and eat something” Nish suggested

“But I’m in no mood to drive to a restaurant!” I complained

“Babe we basically live right in the middle of all possible fast food joints remember?” Nish told me.

“But I’m too tired! I don’t want to get up!” I complained again
