                                                          My Love     

                        

                          It had been a little more than an hour since we sat on the grass, Nish was leaning on a tree, and I was leaning on him, we both of us stared at the now pitch black starry sky…trust me, nothing could be more relaxing than this. That’s when I noticed that Nish was staring off into space, the out of the blue he hugged me tighter to himself…he was clearly thinking deep about something…

“What is it Nish?” I asked him, he didn’t respond

“Nish?” I asked again getting out of the protective circle of his arms to look at him more clearly. He involuntarily tightened his arms around me only to realize that I wasn’t in them anymore, then he broke out of his trance and looked here and there until he found me …

“You…here…how did you…when…how did I not” he kept stammering and I laughed at his momentary absentmindedness

“Tell me” I said when I sobered up

“Tell you what?” Nish asked

“What were you thinking so hard?” I asked in a more elaborate way, at this, Nish gave me one of his beautiful sheepish smiles

“I cannot hide a single thing from you anymore can I?” he asked

“Nope! Now tell me!” I demanded

“Umm may…maybe later” he said getting up

“No.” I asked following his lead

“It’s dark…maybe we should go home” he said as he started to walk towards his car

“Not until you tell me” I said pulling him back by his arm
